Domino's Pizza

I was working out of town and after a 12 hour day I needed some food. Long story short I called after the delivery said completed after the app, the store assured me it was still being delivered. “Call us back if you don’t have it in a few minutes”. Called at 11:14pm and call was never answered again waited until 11:27 on hold.

I ordered my pizza on the app, went in to the store and forgot. I called and they offered to make it over. When I got there the pizza did not have hardly any chicken or BBQ sauce and I got a BBQ chicken pizza! I asked to add more and they said they will make it over. The guy Wali did not complain or was not rude and remade the pizza. It’s PERFECT! Thanks Wali and Dominos! 👍🏽👏🏽

The app says pick up order is complete. I waited 15 minutes. But when I came here they said they don’t have ONIONS! Are you serious? Then I asked them to add mushrooms. And they said they don’t have mushrooms 🤷‍♂️

I made two orders by uber Eats in one they charged me 39 and in the other 48 and they only delivered 1 order however they charged both

I get its fast food that comes from animals, but I feel any restaurant should look closer at the food they are serving, especially with the prices, I am not a fan of deep-fried feathers

Hard to even give a review because I never received a delivery order that I placed over 1.5 hours ago and have been on hold with no one answering at the store for almost an hour. Zero stars, never again. Don’t waste your time or money.

They never answer the phone... Here's why!

Ordered a pizza for delivery, put a detailed description of what house to go to, still managed to not get the right house and can't even get a refund because of their stupid "insurance" policy, basically only able to get 1/3rd of what i spent. Not the first time I've had this issue with dominos. Never ordering from here again.

From my experience, the food tastes good however they often misread or disregard orders. For example, I've had missing toppings and they often get the crust incorrect. I've asked for New York style a few times and received regular crust. Managers need to retrain these employees on how to prepare food to the quality standards Domino's as a company, upholds. I've received subpar customer service but no major incidents.

Orders are up quickly and fresh! Rarely have problems with the food from here and when I do it’s very minor things. Overall great place for quick meals!

I ordered pizza and wings tonight and had it delivered the pizza had no cheese on it and the wings was not fully cooked I tried to call the store to speak with a manager but they don't answer the phone! I advise anyone to skip this location in hanover md!
