Domino's Pizza

New ownership/management, had dominos after a long time - this location was not good before, had an awesome experience last night.
Crust was very well done (impt!! Raw dough is not good for your body!), they put some awesome garlic herbs on the crust and pizza to top it off (wasnt expecting that but reminded me of Hungry Howies flavored crust)...
Not a big fan of dominos since a decade but this one pizza may have changed my mind. Owner is super caring to bring life back to this location... Give it a try.

Russell (the manager) at Domino’s Pizza really understood the assignment 🔥🍕 He made me the viral pizza and BABYYYY the cheese pull was unreal, the flavor was on point, and it was made with pure perfection 🤌🏽🧀 If you want your pizza done RIGHT, pull up to 7502 Connelley Dr, Ste 112, Hanover, MD 21076. Got a delivery got wrong pizza no big deal but when we were eatting we found a hear. The hair was cooked inside of the dough. If I could I would not give any stars.

This Domino's is super inconsistent with it's delivery times. Once, I got an order just over 30 minutes from when I ordered it; super fast. But I once ordered from them and it took almost 2 hours to be delivered. I'm not sure if they're ill-manned or just high traffic, either way, the pizza always arrives as I ordered it.

I placed an online order, and although it arrived quickly, the service was unacceptable. Prior to delivery, the courier called to inform me that he was unable to provide the Sprite I ordered because the store had not yet received its truck. He asked me to select an alternative and offered two drink options; I chose an orange Fanta.

Upon arrival, I asked the courier for his location so I could guide him through the gated community, even though detailed access instructions were already provided in the delivery notes. He stated he was facing the gate, then asked if I lived near the dog park—indicating he had delivered here before. I confirmed that I did and explained that if the dog park was on his left, he would find my building next to the Police vehicle parked out front.

Within a minute, my wife went downstairs to meet him. When she walked outside, he was preparing to place our food on the ground. This is a multi-tenant community with dogs frequently present, and at no point is setting food on the ground appropriate or sanitary. When she questioned him, he responded, “You have to be on time, bro.” We had planned to give him an additional tip because he initially appeared to be making an effort to locate our unit, but his conduct immediately changed that.

My wife informed him that placing the food on the ground is unacceptable. He responded by saying he could “get us banned from the store.” This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for basic food-handling standards is completely unacceptable.

DoorDash ultimately had to issue an apology, and we retracted the tip. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I will not be ordering from this location again. If negative stars were an option, they would be warranted.

Ordered online and 35 minutes later when I would have expected it to be delivered, they canceled the order without an explanation. Tried to call but no answer.

Stay very far away from this place. This store used to be good and then it went downhill fast. The last straw is when I had to drive to their store to request a refund and they refused to print me a refund receipt because it took 1 hour and 22 minutes to get pizza.

I placed an order on their website and it got canceled for no reason. I called and was left on hold for 10mins. Then I called again and place the order over the phone only to have that order canceled as well. No accountability. I will never order from this location again.

I placed a order online and it accidentally got canceled through a technical era and Jeremiah was so helpful. When I say he was so accommodating & very nice. He retook my order from me and made sure it got to me in a timely manner. I definitely appreciate it Thank you so much Jeremiah. Am I delivery lady she is always pleasant I really appreciate you guys.

This is the worst dominos in the state of Maryland. I have ordered here multiple times and they can never seem to do their jobs correctly. Horrible service.

Big respect!!!!! To the general manager!!!! I came in ask for extra chicken on my pizza but felt my pizza didn’t have extra he made my pizza over! The way I liked and let me keep my old pizza much respect I WILL BE BACK!!!

Avoid this location at all cost . You’ll never get your pizza or maybe wait like 2 hours for it to arrive cold. Poor management and poor staff.

I was working out of town and after a 12 hour day I needed some food. Long story short I called after the delivery said completed after the app, the store assured me it was still being delivered. “Call us back if you don’t have it in a few minutes”. Called at 11:14pm and call was never answered again waited until 11:27 on hold.

I ordered my pizza on the app, went in to the store and forgot. I called and they offered to make it over. When I got there the pizza did not have hardly any chicken or BBQ sauce and I got a BBQ chicken pizza! I asked to add more and they said they will make it over. The guy Wali did not complain or was not rude and remade the pizza. It’s PERFECT! Thanks Wali and Dominos! 👍🏽👏🏽
