The kid behind the counter had no customer service skills what so ever. He did make eye contact and when I say "maybe you should smile or something". He said "did you say something to me". I said "yes, smile". He just blew it off and said "was I frowning" I said "yes. He said "oh". And they want 15.00 an hour. Won't be going back to that five guys.
I ordered three regular bacon cheeseburgers and fries for my kids on the way home from Arundel Mills mall this evening - 40 mins from my home. When I got home, my son opened his burger to find that he only had lettuce and bacon, but NO patties or cheese. I called the store and explained the issue. They offered me a burger or my money back.
