Been here several times. Today I had a short time to get in and out for a quick lunch. The guy taking my order was lackadaisical and didn’t bother to try to listen. I stressed two specific things and thought he entered it correctly but was not given a receipt to verify. Other members of the team were busy with the drive-thru so my order took a few extra minutes but then when I was given my order it was wrong. I wasn’t interested in making a scene and they were still busy with drive-thru orders but was left with a sandwich I didn’t want. If this guy taking my order (who did not appear to be busy like his teammates) bothered to listen I wouldn’t be writing this review.

I try to give places more than one opportunity before leaving poor reviews. This is now the second time in about 6 months I’ve experienced the same level of service with no improvements. I waited about 20 minutes after placing my order at the box, no movement, no sign of the situation improving. I ran out of time and had to exit the line before receiving my food. I was pressed for time so I went to an establishment that had a reputation of being timely and efficient. Neither one of those exist at this location. I’m not certain if it’s a training issue or new staff need to be integrated, but this location has now burned me twice and it will be some considerable time before I even entertain that Jimmy John’s as viable option for food.

My meal came with a pickle and HAIR!!!! Also, I asked for extra mayo and oil and vinegar on my sandwich and it’s barely anything on here !!! Terrible!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This Jimmy John’s location should be closed. We ordered 2 sandwiches, neither of which did they let us customize, they charged us EXTRA for cheese on a sandwhich that comes with cheese, they didn’t slice the meat in front of us (as Jimmy John’s usually do.) On top of that, the bread was completely different than normal Jimmy John’s bread, they didn’t let us choose our bread, and there was only one slice of meat. Truly at a loss for words for this experience, had us thinking we went into the wrong store. If you want Jimmy John’s, drive to Laurel or anywhere else, avoid this store.

Unprofessional and discriminatory behavior! Upon entering, I observed who I assumed to be the manager conversing with the register employee. Rather than interrupt, I patiently waited for acknowledgement. Unfortunately, the young Caucasian male at the register failed to acknowledge me or inquire if I was ready. Similarly, the young Caucasian female at the prep station neglected to acknowledge me. To effectively operate a business, staff members should possess basic customer service skills.

Do not order delivery from this location. It has been 50 minutes since I placed my order and I have not received anything.
Update: The order came after nearly an hour and one of the items was incorrect.
I called multiple times and at least the manager was polite and apologetic and refunded me.
