Unprofessional and discriminatory behavior! Upon entering, I observed who I assumed to be the manager conversing with the register employee. Rather than interrupt, I patiently waited for acknowledgement. Unfortunately, the young Caucasian male at the register failed to acknowledge me or inquire if I was ready. Similarly, the young Caucasian female at the prep station neglected to acknowledge me. To effectively operate a business, staff members should possess basic customer service skills.

Update: The order came after nearly an hour and one of the items was incorrect.
I called multiple times and at least the manager was polite and apologetic and refunded me.

I’ll mannered kids at the drive thru and older people smoking and then immediately making sandwiches consists of this entire crew. Wait times are literally above 10-15 minutes on a cold cut sub is ridiculous. Needs a management overhaul. Hardee’s next door literally taking ppl out of the drive thru because of their lack of service

40 min wait in the drive through with only 1 car in front of me. This has been the case recently. Not even close to “freaky fast.”
Me and my boyfriend went through the drive through, and despite working ALONE during a dinner rush, Ebony handled it like a BOSS!!!! She got through the drive through lines and inside lines quickly, and the sandwich’s were amazing. She was absolutely hilarious and very charismatic at the window and made the whole experience awesome!!! Big shout out to her!!!!

That JIMMYS JOHNS.. the hero(bread) if your not from NY. Is the closet to NY bread that you can get ! It's what makes the sandwich oh so good! Love the unwrapped option as well! Coldcuts have good flavor!

We had a catering job ordered for a function. Unfortunately, there were several issues with the order. They had a staffing issue and this caused a trickle effect for the order. The food was very good for the function despite the issues. Why I wanted to post this review is because what happened after that. We voiced our concerns to the management team and they agreed this was not a good situation and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Life happens; mistakes happen. What impressed me was the fact they owned their mistakes and made restitution for the issue. I would recommend this Jimmy John’s.

I have worked there for 2 weeks the supervisor never put me in the system and I never received a paycheck I been calling and emailing HR for a payment nobody calls me back or even care about the fact that I worked and never got paid this is not right! I deserve a paycheck or I’m filling a lawsuit
