Papa Johns Pizza

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your store. My order was both late and incorrect. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes, a gentleman finally answered the phone and insisted my order was correct, despite the issues I had clearly outlined. He then proceeded to argue with me when I explained the mistake.

I offered to bring the pizza in person to show him the error. Upon arriving at the store, I discovered that the person I had been speaking with was the General Manager. Unfortunately, he continued to argue with me, claiming the order was correct, even though the label clearly stated it was a half-and-half pizza (half veggies, half pepperoni and sausage), as I had ordered.

At this point, I requested a refund, but instead of resolving the issue professionally, the General Manager continued to argue with me. This behavior is completely unacceptable for someone in a leadership position. I left the store without any resolution, feeling disrespected and frustrated.

I expect better customer service and accountability from your staff, especially from management. I hope this issue can be addressed appropriately.

The manager here is very rude & the pizza is always nasty. He will make your food wrong & then get mad if you're not satisfied & argue that he's right & you're wrong

Terrible Management and Service

This review isn’t about late pizzas—it’s about the unacceptable behavior of the manager at this Papa John’s location.

We ordered online at 3:00 PM for a 5:45 PM delivery. The order left the store at 6:15 PM and didn’t arrive until 6:50 PM. The pizzas were cold, and no one informed us of any delays. I called the store at 6:40 PM to speak with a manager and was put on hold for 11 minutes.

When I called back at 8:00 PM to address the issue, they placed me on hold again. At one point, an employee picked up, acted like they were answering a new call, and then put me back on hold as soon as I identified myself. When I finally spoke to the manager, I was told, “I’ll get to you when I get to you,” before being placed on hold again.

This dismissive and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. It’s not about the late pizzas—it’s about the lack of respect and communication. To make matters worse, this isn’t the first issue we’ve had. Last time, the garlic sauce exploded during delivery, leaving the pizza soggy and the box ruined.

Even another Papa John’s location admitted this is poor management and advised us not to return. We’ll take their advice.

Our dinner is always great from this location! Almost every time we walk in to order dinner the Manager Angel is usually always working, she is really fast getting our order made and our food is always perfect! Thank you for the amazing service Angel.

They didn’t cut my pizza and the shaq-a-roni pizza was 3/4 pepperoni-less. I called and spoke with some rude lady who said it was her who made my pizza and she insisted that she made it perfect. This happened 12 Nov 24 at 8:49pm. She refused to correct the problem. Please show this to her, whoever she is so she can see that she did a terrible job. How do you make a lopsided pizza?

I worked at this place and I never got paid I am still waiting. Don’t work here unless you have a second job I am disappointed that they keep tell that I got paid but I never. This is the wrong management ever.

30 minutes late, as always. And not hot...barely warm. Disappointing. I think it's time to go with a competitor from now on.

Worst store ever. I don’t know why can’t they make an order correctly. We ordered carrot veggie and Chicken pizza with Alfredo sauce. And they gave us beef pizza with original pizza sauce. Had to go back to store to get the correct pizza. It’s waste of time for us going back and forth to the store.

Worst customer service ever from the store manager! I had placed a large order for delivery. I even called the store to confirm my order for delivery since i had switched from carryout given that I could not physically come for health reasons which I had made known very clearly over the phone. The store manager agreed to deliver my large order. I called back 30 minutes later to check on delivery status since it was not visible on my tracker app. Why was I told that the STORE MANAGER HAD CANCELED MY ORDER WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME VIA PHONE OR EMAIL about my order being canceled or refund for what i had paid. The store manager did not think to call to inform me the customer before making such a decision.
Worse still, when I had asked to speak to the manager, he had conveniently left for the day. To say that I was disgusted with such attitude is an understatement. I'm never ordering from this store !!!!

I got my food and it was dry and cold my pizza looked a mess and the box was teared up I asked them to give me another one they refused and I ain’t got my money back since

Came for a pickup, and they were ready for me! The moment I walked through the door, maybe I was the only one pending, but they were on it, confirming my name, handing me my order, and getting me on my way. I may have only spent 10 seconds in there. Literally, the fastest service ever with a smile!

Worst Papa Johns I've ever been to. Never gets an order completely right. I ordered delivery, and it took nearly 2 hours to get our food. One pizza was wrong. I called to complain, and they told me that they were busy and would essentially get to me. I drove to the store (which negates the point of delivery). The pizza was supposed to be pepperoni, but it was half pepperoni for some reason. Instead of making a new pizza, they put new pepperoni on the other half and ran it through the oven again. So they gave me back a pizza with half-burnt pepperoni. Never order from this location! The good quality is awful. The employees don't seem to care. The managers definitely don't. Complete toxic environment and horrible experience everytime.

It’s your normal Papa John’s but the customer service was on point! I will go back again.
