“Dashi is the best ramen I have ever had. They provide a generous amount of noodles and toppings. I got the Spicy Red Devil Beef Brisket ramen and it was packed with flavor. They also offer gluten free noodles and an assortment of gluten free toppings and my friend also loved hers. We will be back!“

“Food was awesome. The mix between Korean and Japanese cuisine is definitely up my alley. The complimentary kimchi in the beginning was a great experience. The boba shop attached to the place is a nice touch too. Great eats for a fellow big back.“

“We have been to Uma Uma 3 or 4 times but we live in Florida so we don’t come nearly as often as we like. Always have fantastic service, delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommend!“

“I stopped by here after an appointment in the main building of the complex. Not knowing anything about this place I decided to give it a shot. Well, I was very impressed with the food and the quantity they provide. The service was pleasant..nothing spectacular but the folks here were polite. The environment was alright. Seating was in the form of high stools, sort of pub style, at tables and it was quiet while I ate. I plan on going back to try a few other items on their menu and I would recommend you given this place a try!“

“Great food, great staff, great atmosphere. The Ramen is amazing, the Kabobs are delicious. The kaarage and edamame were also wonderful. It’s a great spot, everyone is kind and respectful. Overall the environment was calm and quiet, but we went later in the night. 10/10 ramen spot. Every time I get a chance to go, it makes my day.
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s not the most wheelchair accessible. But they have DoorDash and take out options.“

“Visited around 5p on a Saturday. I'm originally from Philadelphia so I have my fair share of ramen locations. My husband and i as well as my 2,5,10 and 13yr old gave it a 5 star especially for a mall based ramen location. I had tan tan ramen i love spicy, (hubby)braised beef rice bowl, (13.yo)fish avocado poke bowl, (10yo)shrimp ramen bowl in miso, and of course 2 teriyaki oni wraps for the toddlers. No opinion on the boba or anything else because we did not have it but they wanted me to make sure I rated the location 5☆.“
