This Starbucks is constantly running out of supplies and is poorly managed. The baristas seem nice but there is a serious lack of leadership at this location.

I just wanted to take a moment and thank Philip and the Starbucks family at the Annapolis Road Starbucks located in the Ridgeview Shopping Center. We had a last minute request to help us cater a morning breakfast for over 250 guests. Philip told me not to worry and that he would help as best as he could. They did more than that, they went above and beyond and eased my anixety knowing we were in good hands. Thank you, Philip and team! You guys rock!

Weekend team is absolutely bad. Drinks are always made wrong, don't ask for soy as it's a 50/50 if you'll get it. No ice? Oh your getting ice that's for damn sure. You want oleato? Nah sweet cream is what you actually wanted..... Won't return go to any other Starbucks in the area.

I just ordered a grande hot chocolate from this location, and when I picked it up it felt lighter than usual. Sure enough, I take off the top to check and I’m missing almost half of it. This is the fifth time this has happened to me (the other times I ordered a venti shaken oatmilk espresso and it was never filled to the top). Honestly, I just want to get the amount that I paid for :( not cool that I’m ordering and paying for larger drinks and they’re giving me significantly less.
