My coffee stir had the taste of pot on it. When I tasted my coffee, something was off. So when I took the green stir out of the lid and took a taste of the coffee on the stir I got a strong chemical taste. The stir reeked of the smell of pot. Whoever stocked the stirs must have just smoked a joint. Completely unsanitary and gross

By far the most friendly team members I have ever had the joy of meeting here. I would drive past 5 miles of other Starbucks’ just to give my business here.

Baristas are always kind and the coffee is delicious. The drive thru is fast and friendly. They help me pick drinks occasionally and give great recommendations.

I usually have great experiences at this Starbucks, but my recent visit was disappointing. When I went through the drive-thru, the employee taking my order (BEN) rushed me, saying there was a long line behind me when there actually wasn’t. After being pressured to order quickly, my drink was made incorrectly, and I had to get out of my car to have it fixed. It was frustrating to be rushed for no reason and then receive the wrong order.

I have frequented this Starbucks many times over the years with the drinks being a hit or miss. However, today I felt compelled to leave this negative review the drink was horrible and the customer service was condescending and terrible.

I’m assuming this would happen at any Starbucks, but this is the location that I got my drink from and I think it’s ridiculous that if I remove the ice, this is all that I have left in what’s supposed to be a grande, mind you I haven’t drank any of it yet.

I come to this Starbucks location at least once a week and their employees are always incredibly friendly and welcoming. Just a really nicely run location.
Do not go to this particular Starbucks. I went on 05/17 and there was a long hair in my lemonade (and before you say anything, I'm black with short coily hair). I tried to resolve this privately with Starbucks customer care, but after 10 days, they have blown me off. I enjoy starbucks, but this location is a no go.

Was given a drink that had a bad ingredient IT TASTED HORRIBLE , all I ordered was a Green Tea. Lot of customers in the drive thru handing back drinks. This drink was SOOOOO BAAAAD , and when told the person at the window acted like it was no BIG DEAL !!!!, I will not be going there again the customer Service STINKS !!!!! at this store. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE !!!!!!!!!!

So I have to say staff is always friendly and most days my coffee is on point. Today when I opened the lid it was loaded with coffee grounds I mean loaded. They were training a new employee and I get that but quality check now no coffee and out my cash.
Stopped by to get my coffee and noticed the lady making sandwiches no gloves,touchedher blueish green hair a dozen times while bagging sandwiches. If you find hair in your food this would be why. I'm old school gloves and hair nets sidenote she had a mask on which is a good thing.

Just got a egg white spinach wrap via the drive thru, and it was given to me with a melted fork in plastic in the bag the wrap is heated in.
