I come to this Starbucks location at least once a week and their employees are always incredibly friendly and welcoming. Just a really nicely run location.

Do not go to this particular Starbucks. I went on 05/17 and there was a long hair in my lemonade (and before you say anything, I'm black with short coily hair). I tried to resolve this privately with Starbucks customer care, but after 10 days, they have blown me off. I enjoy starbucks, but this location is a no go.

Was given a drink that had a bad ingredient IT TASTED HORRIBLE , all I ordered was a Green Tea. Lot of customers in the drive thru handing back drinks. This drink was SOOOOO BAAAAD , and when told the person at the window acted like it was no BIG DEAL !!!!, I will not be going there again the customer Service STINKS !!!!! at this store. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE !!!!!!!!!!

So I have to say staff is always friendly and most days my coffee is on point. Today when I opened the lid it was loaded with coffee grounds I mean loaded. They were training a new employee and I get that but quality check now no coffee and out my cash.
Stopped by to get my coffee and noticed the lady making sandwiches no gloves,touchedher blueish green hair a dozen times while bagging sandwiches. If you find hair in your food this would be why. I'm old school gloves and hair nets sidenote she had a mask on which is a good thing.

Just got a egg white spinach wrap via the drive thru, and it was given to me with a melted fork in plastic in the bag the wrap is heated in.

So sad that the store manager is rude, gives no help to a customer & refuses to work with a customer when ordering. What’s worse is the general manager would not call me back to hear my bad experience! Terrible location go to Arundel Mills where they know how to make a good drink. Boo Ft. Meade Starbucks

I’m always satisfied with what I order here . Staffs are really friendly and helpful . The 27th January I placed order accidentally in hot drink but I didn’t mean it and they did a correct drink for me . And today 29th Jan. I am happy with them again. My order is made perfectly and she add a hand drawing with funny face on my cup for first time . I love that. Everyone said good morning and make sure you hear they say have a great day when you walk back out the store. 🥰thanks for this best teamwork . Love Starbucks coffee

Definitely heat isn’t working in this location you won’t be able to enjoy a warm temperature if you would like to drink your coffee in this location.

This location has repeat problems with making their drinks full. I don't know why.
Here's a drink I picked up and it had just been made (so it's not like the foam settled or anything) and the drink was even lower than what is visible in the picture. I sadly don't have time to wait while they remake the drink because I'm on my way to work and so I order ahead. Online customer service is great in refunding after the fact, but that's still a logistical hassle. I'm seriously debating avoiding this location entirely going forward.

This Starbucks is constantly running out of supplies and is poorly managed. The baristas seem nice but there is a serious lack of leadership at this location.

I just wanted to take a moment and thank Philip and the Starbucks family at the Annapolis Road Starbucks located in the Ridgeview Shopping Center. We had a last minute request to help us cater a morning breakfast for over 250 guests. Philip told me not to worry and that he would help as best as he could. They did more than that, they went above and beyond and eased my anixety knowing we were in good hands. Thank you, Philip and team! You guys rock!
