I just wanted to take a moment and thank Philip and the Starbucks family at the Annapolis Road Starbucks located in the Ridgeview Shopping Center. We had a last minute request to help us cater a morning breakfast for over 250 guests. Philip told me not to worry and that he would help as best as he could. They did more than that, they went above and beyond and eased my anixety knowing we were in good hands. Thank you, Philip and team! You guys rock!
I frequent many Starbucks and have a fairly simple order. However, this Starbucks gets my order spot on every single time. I take a longer way to work to stop here in the mornings I go into the office.

The 27th January I placed order accidentally in hot drink but I didn’t mean it and they did a correct drink for me . And today 29th Jan. I am happy with them again. My order is made perfectly and she add a hand drawing with funny face on my cup for first time . I love that. Everyone said good morning and make sure you hear they say have a great day when you walk back out the store....
