We placed an online order from work for 2 footlong subs. One BMT on Italian herb and cheese double meat with Monterey cheddar cheese pickle and olive. The other was a hot shot Italiano. Went to pick up the order and got it back to the office to notice that both breads were incorrect and the cheese was incorrect. We called and they said to come and they would remake the sandwiches. Upon arrival they said they didn't mess up and would not remake the sandwiches even with picture proof due to them saying we didn't have to bring the sandwiches back. I called when my coworker came in and said they refused to remake them and asked what the problem was and they said if we come back again they would remake them. Absolutely not. I will never return back to that place ever again. I would suggest everyone else do the same.
