The food was good. I am not sure if it was due to the event at the casino, but the service was poor. We waited for over 15 minutes for someone to address us once seated. Once approached, the staff were nice; however, we waited over an hour after someone addressed us to receive our food. We were only able to take a few bites before the show, but ultimately we were unable to enjoy our meal in the restaurant. We were seven minutes from leaving when the meal came.
The service from the time we arrived for our reservation was excellent. Got seated immediately and when others arrived in the party they were brought promptly to the table. We had Tom as our server who was exceptionally personable and attentive. The wine suggestion was nice. I ordered the conundrum. Loved the crisp cool taste. My dinner entree was macadamia crusted Chilean sea bass. OMG. Cooked to perfection and so tasty and buttery. Desert was peach cobbler which did not disappoint....
I've never had a bad experience at The Prime Rib at Maryland Live. The food is always amazing, but the service we receive is always the best. We always request to be served by Jason, and he always delivers.
