Came in early this morning. Two young men very polite, then came the female manager (probably the owner). She was very mean and rude to the young man making our food. Yelling at him; she saw me looking at her and walked away. I have a feeling she does that a lot. Not a pleasant experience but the food they prepared for us was excellent. I hesitated to leave a tip for the young men ... they may not get it.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is one of my go-to for lunch. Unfortunately, my online order for a pair and save wasn't captured correctly. I got my smoothies, and the sticker on them said one of two but no wraps, so the manager told me it was not on the order. Long story short, I asked her to refund me for the smoothies and renter the transaction as pair and save, which she refused, and in the end, I paid over $40.00 for two wraps/smoothies. I see this place has mixed reviews. I have been here a couple of times. What I will say is that I come in the morning, when they’re opening.

My smoothies aren't thin, I can taste everything in it and it's made just right. That's pretty much what I get. The customer service is good & their pretty much trusting. (Except that 1 time when the young black female was making sure my payment went through).
