If I could give this place ZERO STARS I WOULD!Im pretty sure my Husband &- I now have food poisoning from this trash of food!The chicken was slimey,inside &- out.Tasted as if it was barely cooked to begin with.We had to throw it back in the oven for 15 minutes &- it still tasted horrible!The lemon pepper wings tasted as if they were soaked in soap water.After four wings I started to get sick!For 40 something dollars this was NOT worth it!Better off eating at McDonalds than here!

Wingstop is my go-to spot for wings. I have ordered from this location plenty of times, but there was a difference in customer service this time. The manager was working on this day, and I was greeted when I came in. She was very friendly to the customers in the restaurant. I appreciated her friendliness even though one customer was very agitated; however, he was smiling by the time he left. Besides the good service, there was a little bit of a wait, but it was only two people working, and there was no need to get upset. My food was good, and I told her I would be back. I recommend Wingstop in Hanover if you are in the area.

Had two orders at around 6:40, got drivers at around 7 they were in the store for 40+ minutes. Along with it being priority order it took over an hour for my drivers to even get the food and hour and a half for me to get my food. The original delivery time was 7:30 I got my food at 8:06. Update, I got cold fries that i did not order I ordered corn, my tender had half the sauce, my chicken sandwich was hard, everything else i ordered was fine. I’ve never had it this bad.

This was one of the worst food experiences of my life. Took over 30 mins to food, people ordered after us got their food before us. Workers in the kitchen area on their phones instead of fixing orders.

Manager (white lady) needs to find a new job or be replaced, her attitude sucks and she has no professionalism or customer service skills. Over 30 minutes to make 8 wings. I was charged an extra $1.50 because I wanted my food well done. 7/23/2025

Do not go here if you are in a hurry. Went at lunch today and was told it would be a 20 minute wait. Well, 45 minutes later, we received our food. The food was good, better than Buffalo Wild Wings, but oh my god, 45 minutes for a 6 piece wing with fries. The wait time is ridiculous. I suggest pre-ordering. We stopped here because we had a lunch break and wanted wings. We did not get to eat all of our food because it took sooooo long to get our order.
