Long waiting time, messy presentation for food, cleanliness was so-and-so, lady that took my order couldn't spell, some people working in the kitchen had their hair all over the place.

I ordered wings for the Super Bowl. They were supposed to be ready at a certain hour. I waited for almost 2 hours and my wings still weren’t ready. The manager told me to leave my name and number and they would refund me within 24 hours. Well that didn’t happen. My husband and I called corporate and made a complaint. They said that they would refund me. I haven’t received it yet. I want my refund.

Ordered my 10 piece all flats hot with my cajun cord and it was delicious. It did take a bit of time but they were busy so I can understand patience is a virtue, plus they did tell me it takes about 18-20 min because the food is prepared fresh. The employees were very friendly and apologized for the wait. I read the reviews and expected the worst, seems like people are just impatient honestly.

I spent $50 bucks on nothing but salty food except for the lemon pepper wings. The corn was salty and dry as if they've been sitting all evening. The fries were horrible, salty and dry. Not freshly cooked. We threw out all of the corn & fries. I didn't want to drive to Elkridge for Phillies Best and Wing Stop was just closer. 1st and very last time trying Wing Stop. Never again!

Order on line hoping the food would be ready with in 30 mins, get to the place and the order was never started, waited additional 30 minutes. The fries were very salty, the wings wasn't sauced all away round. Definitely will not be returning.

I would give it a zero if I could. Food is disgusting and make sure you check your order. If something is missing when you get home don’t bother going back. Not worth the gas or headache. They need to shut this place down.

Ordered walkin at 7:58pm and we received order at 8.30 pm almost 30 min for a 10pc wings combo. That’s too Much time for a fast food store and that too its not so busy. Food is okay good. There is no trash can in the store to throw the waste after eating.

I literally have no idea how this place is still running. Me and my boyfriend get there, a pickup order I placed 20 minutes prior wasn’t ready. No biggie. But as I was waiting on my order, I looked around and it was just disgusting. Bathrooms were gross, soda machine was sticky on the screen, and the drinks were flat, machine was out of ice—the whole 9. The workers weren’t necessarily rude to me specifically, but you could definitely tell they didn’t want to be there.

Here’s where I got irritated. I get my food, finally, and I specifically asked them if the order was for my name, and the girl side eyed and said “Yeah.”, as if to say “What do you mean ‘Is it for you?’”. I get my food, first thing I notice is that the fries are cold and soggy. I tell them my fries are cold, thinking they’re going to make a fresh batch. 5 minutes later they hand me a bag with the same rubbery, soggy fries just a tad bit hotter. Really blew me actually. THEN, I open my wings and the wings aren’t the one I ordered. Turns out the girl gave me the wrong order, yet earlier side eyed me when I explicitly asked her if it was mine.

Then they FINALLY made MY order, with the same cold ass fries I complained about in someone else’s order. The logic just wasn’t there..

I received very poor customer service from the Hanover md. location. I was told I would be receiving a refund and I waited and never received it. I called again over a week later to inquire about my refund and the “manager” was very nonchalant about my issue. I tried to call customer service but the number was not in service and the other number had a mailbox that was full. Save yourself the headache and order from the Glen Burnie location, they seem to care.
*customer service doesn’t answer the phone. Good luck getting in touch with someone.

This place use to be good not sure what happened. Overall experience is Trash 🗑️ the last 3 times going. The food is not cooked well and the teenagers that work there don't care.
