The last 2 time the wait time has been horrible. Placed an online order, come to pick up 25 mins later. And order still hasnt finish. Currently waiting for another 30 while writing this review, never again. (Still waiting)

Food is exactly what you'd expect it to be. The people are kind, but very, very slow. I waited for a *pick up* order once for an hour. I also believe they should hire more staff so the existing staff (and the customers) aren't so overwhelmed all the time. Also, the restaurant inside is not the greatest. It really could benefit from a deep cleaning and some new paint.

This Wingstop location has gone through a significant positive transformation over the past few months. There has been a decent cleanup of the dining area, and it smells fresh when you walk in. The food quality of both the wings and fries were also better and very good. They cooked my fries perfectly and were crispy after a drive home. My order was on-time despite it being a sports Sunday and there had been a catering order before me. The vents (pictured in other reviews) have been cleaned as well. They were well staffed which is fantastic.
The ice machine was not working, but it was cold enough outside it did not matter to me.
I hope they continue at this level of quality and continue to be well staffed.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Waited for the food, in the facility and once I received my food.. my fries were cold…. Why if the facility closes at 11 are the chairs put up on table @9 PM? This place would make more with better management smfh worst WINGSTOP ever! Wont ever eat there again
