Abbey Burger HDG is a restaurant located in the heart of Havre de Grace, surrounded by charming mom and pop shops. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is polite, even going out of their way to deliver forgotten items. Customer service is a highlight, with servers providing excellent service.

In terms of food, the soft and buttery pretzel with multiple dipping sauces is a standout. However, the mustard dipping sauce was found to be too acidic by some. The Baltimore burger and build-your-own burger were both cooked to perfection, but lacked in flavor. The side of mac and cheese was disappointingly soupy and lacked cheese and salt. The churros were a hit, but were made even better with a dipping sauce.

The restaurant is on the pricier side, with a meal for four totaling over $60. However, the kid-friendly atmosphere and kid menus make it a great option for families. Overall, Abbey Burger HDG is worth a visit for the excellent customer service and welcoming atmosphere. However, the hit-or-miss food and high prices may not warrant a return visit.
