Completed a BK app order, and when I arrived, my order wasn’t ready, even though I gave more than sufficient time for my order to be ready when it finally came up my fries were completely cold. Then the replacement fries with only eight french fries were not properly cooked. Absolutely ridiculous lol I sat in front of the speaker quiet and patiently for about a full five minutes before (politely) saying “hello?” Because no one had acknowledged that I was there, and a loud voice comes through saying “WE’LL GET TO YOU WHEN WE CAN GET TO YOU”. Literally lol. Greeeeat customer service 🙄 😂
