I had a great time at karaoke family vibes. The wings were tasty and Lawanda did a great job in making sure everybody enjoyed themselves helping the staff to get everyone what they need efficiently! I will be back

This location has been a pleasant surprise!! I was skeptical but I went on a Wednesday and the DJ I think his name was Gee and host Dana were amazing and made my night. The manager Lawanda is not the type to sit around she was running food, checking on guest etc. the $1 wings on happy hour were a hit for my crew so flavorful and seasoned just right!! Our server was dejah and she was super nice and fun and made sure we were good!!

I had an amazing experience at Hook & Reel at Iverson! The food was fresh and flavorful, the atmosphere was fun, and the staff went above and beyond. Lawanda, the manager, made sure everything ran smoothly—she’s super friendly and professional. Dejah and Destiny provided great service and kept the energy high all night. Definitely check out Karaoke Wednesdays—it’s always a blast! Highly recommend this location!

I was a little hesitate because it was at iverson mall but baby this location has the BEST food out of all the branches. Customer service is AMAZING. Evern the manager walks around and checks on you! Karoke is an added bonus.

The manager was very nasty and rude to the employees in front of me and while we sat and waited for our order of food that the manager had already ate I was appalled at her behavior the managers name was Lawanda that night. Other than that the food and our server was great 😌
