The Establishment have great customer service, the atmosphere is great. The chicken was extremely salty. I thought it was me because I have hypertension, so I brought some to family members to taste the pieces that I didn't eat and I only bought three pieces. We agreed the flavor is amazing and it does taste like New York chicken, however again very salty. We are New Yorkers so we know what New York chicken tastes like. The sweet potato pie, give me flashbacks from my Bronx days at Kennedy chicken on Laconia lol the roll even taste like a NY roll.. hopefully this helps.

Food is good but one of the male kids serving behind the counter smashed a fly with his hand but didn't wash his hands. He continued to pack food orders but fortunately not mine.

The food quality is pretty good. They have a wide variety of things on their menu if you compare this to other New York chicken and grills this one is better as far as food quality even though it’s under the same name. I’ve had the steak and cheese and that’s what I get pretty much every time I like it I’ve known people to get the chicken quesadilla the chicken and waffle and they’ve liked those as well. I’ve also heard that the salads are good. I’m not a fan of their chicken, but other people do like it. It’s not really a dying in spot even though there’s some seats there as best to get your food and get out of there.

I got food from here about 30 minutes ago my fajita mixer was so nasty no seasonings the vegetables was raw the rice was hard and that green sauce is to dam spicy I always get food from here never again I don't no who they got cooking these need some serious lessons I will never eat from her again twenty dollars wasted
