Ordered a Bento box and the Salmon, rice, and veggies taste burnt. The place smells like something is burning. They need to clean their grills and stop overcooking food.

I was just not satisfied with my food, the rice was bland had weird taste to it. The shrimp was cooked well and I also like the vegetables I didn’t like my sushi. I felt like the cuts of salmon were kind of mushy so I didn’t really eat that my friend got the chicken hibachi said it was delicious I don’t eat chicken

They clearly say they close at 10 but we're closed by 9:30. The employees are lazy and rude. Didn't even bother to acknowledge us when we were at the door at 9:32!! Why turn away paying customers? That's insane and unfair to customers. DO BETTER

I love Quickway hibachi. I get the salmon and shrimp with fried rice. I always ask for more broccoli than cabbage since I don’t really eat cabbage. They tell me it’s a mixed blend which I know but the location that I frequent in Stafford always accommodates my request! In fact when the owner/cashier sees me they remember my order. He even fried up extra broccoli for me last week.

This place in MD did not even try to accommodate me. There’s one tiny piece of broccoli in the cabbage mix. When I asked for more they said basically we’re not Virginia and we can’t do that.

Poor customer service. I will never come here again.

I was going to dine in but bcuz of there poor customer service I left and ate in my car. Not the experience I wanted to have.

I order online and got my order missing 3 things my bottle water and sauces , not only that the name of the order was missed spelled not the same as the same online. I called and nobody picked up the phone so i can pick up my missing items. This is the worst experience ever here.

Horrible customer service they have this young dark skin girl working in there when I went to get food today she was cashing and she gave the most horrible customer service I have ever received she almost made me snap on her but guess what it’s all good she’s young and has a lot of learning and growing up to do all Amma say is DO BETTER.

The salmon was very dry, looked gray in color and didn't taste anything like salmon. I believe they were passing off a cheaper fish as salmon. I wouldn't eat there again.
