I visit this Wingstop location regularly, and my experience last Saturday stood out due to an employee I believe named Riley. I had not seen her here before, but she was very nice and attentive throughout my visit. She provided excellent customer service and was also the first employee to inform me about completing the online survey, & a free fry didn’t sound so bad !!! service can sometimes feel rushed or ignored at this location. However, her professionalism and positive attitude made a noticeable difference, and I would gladly return because of her service.

Its cool if you like nasty food. I dont so this was a experience for me. Waited over 30 mins for some cold food then when I wanted it made again they had a attitude about it. I asked for a refund instead and even then they was mad about that but if you would've have my food right the first time you could've kept my money. Oh well, wont be back

Always an extremely long wait staff does not acknowledge customers whether they came to order or are delivering for door dash does not appear that the store is ran by anyone and the only person that they always claim is the manager is unprofessional and untidy. The workers at this location are obviously overworked and don’t like their job. I have been in this restaurant waiting to be seen for everytime for more than 15 min while staff stares at me as if I don’t even exist and I don’t even eat wing stop it’s for a door dash customer who already paid for their food and this is unprofessional inhumane and disgusting in the least. The last time I had wingtip was the first time I had wing stop and never again the chicken was dry over cooked and flavorless never again.

Convenient location. This time the food was a missed, sadly. Service could improve during busy hours like the long wait times needs to be shorten.I feel like I might get shot, or witness a drama just based on the way things is like today. Also, I could tell by just one person who doesn’t have energy to work. This place needs to bring in diversity in my opinion.

i went to this wingstop after having a bad day, and immediately the energy was amazing. i was greeted with a warm welcome, and hospitality. they are an amazing crew, with such good spirits that honestly i forgot i was having a bad. i asked their names and the crew was autumn (such a beautiful girl), kam (a sweet heart), jayden (he real chill and cooked the food up), ria (real funny). genuinely let this be the only wingstop you order from no bull. i’m not even trolling, i don’t even write reviews but they tough.
I have order delivery twice and had to go to the store twice. Because they forgot something in my order

My encounter was with to staff member over the seasoning area. The one that look like a baby bear had all kinds of reactions. While she was seasoning someone food her breast was all over in the bowl. Nasty. Then she was eating and walking around. Unreal and will suggest to all my friends and family not to patronize this location. Oh I am from the around so that includes alot of people.

I placed my order online and the wait was for the order to be ready was supposed to be 10-15 mins. When we arrived we were informed it would be another 15 mins. We waited there for an additional 30 mins before they finally brought my order out. Definitely NOT somewhere I'm interested on ever returning to. Picture included for reference.
