Initially, I placed an order through the WingStop app around 2pm and was paired with this location due to proximity. Close to 4pm, I realized my food still hadn’t been delivered. The app doesn’t provide tracking information so I called the store, Kiana confirmed my order had left. I waited a bit more but my order still hadn’t come. I made my way to the store and explained my situation to Marcus. He was very helpful with getting to the bottom of things and remade my order....

Food was mainly good but I got the Louisiana Voodoo fries and they were super soggy by the time I got them, I got boneless wings and they stayed crispy. I ordered a large sweet tea and instead they gave me a small water, without any refund, of course when I asked for one they gave me one.

The fries are delicious. The wings are usually pretty good (we typically get the lemon pepper and honey bbq), but the mild wings were subpar. They didn't really have any flavor, but were still cooked well.
