The food is great, but the service ruins it. We stood around for a good half-hour while everybody who ordered after us got their food - when I asked at the window, it was sitting there. That's the second time in a row for us (on the previous visit, they flat-out lost the order and had to redo it) so we're done. It's a shame...best BBQ in the time zone, but we're not going through that again.
Randy's Ribs & BBQ catered a family reunion for us in Montgomery County, MD this past weekend. They were outstanding in every way! Randy's had hosted a great reunion for us six years ago, and again did not disappoint. Randy was very responsive and accommodating as we planned the menu and details several months in advance. Awesome catering for my mom’s funeral! Very professional and friendly! Offered to carry food for guests who have disabilities. Friendly to everyone! Would recommend them to everyone!
