We had a nice dinner but the Oregon Grill and the other Atlas Group restaurants that I've eaten at suffer the same short comings in service and delivering the details that make celebrating occasions special. We arrived to find the parking mostly full and a long line of cars waiting for the valet because they only had one attendant. I had made a reservation indicating both on the reservation itself and with a separate note that it was my wife's birthday. But no one indicated...
Huge thanks to the hostess team for accommodating our party. They were able to move us to a quieter table that we all appreciated. The server was prompt and always available bringing us three courses perfectly timed. All was very well timed.
Kristina K (special K) was phenomenal! She went above and beyond to ensure my fiance and i got to celebrate our anniversary in a special way. Her knowledge about menu items and recommendations were so helpful. She was extremely personable and made the night one to remember. I will be requesting her as a server my next visit. I hope upper management sees this and properly addresses Kristina with the the same gratitude I left the restaurant with. If I could leave a billion stars...
