Acapulco Spirit Restaurant

I have lived in the neighborhood for 29 years and have been ordering here for at least 10 years. Today I took a friend here to finally sit down and was greeted by a seat behind a wall and no service. We waited 10 minutes and the servers just awkwardly looked our way while serving others. I started a timer and waited another 6 minutes to see if someone would come over. A gentleman was seated across from us and within a minute a server was there taking his order and getting him drinks. Mind you we’ve been here 20 minutes at this point without anyone even asking if we wanted to drinks. He got his drink and we still hadn’t been visited. At this point we got up and walked out. 10 years of eating here and today was my last.

They made me wait more than 15 minutes and told me that in 2 minutes my order would be ready, when they didn't even do their job, terrible service, they charged me in advance ?? I don't recommend it

I hadn't tried curiles in many years, the truth is that everything was excellent. ?

If I could give it zero stars I would have ordered a roast beef my husband ordered some chops the meat was raw with no flavor the chops were salty the beans tasted bitter and when I told the girl that the food was not good she told me why don't I give it to her I said before and I responded, you never showed bad customer service and when we were leaving she and the other waitress murmured what I told her and started laughing, they didn't hide that they were commenting on us. sorry but I didn't like it

Been here a few times and the food is good, the service is a little bad because, as a woman, you are not well served there, they serve well the men who come to drink but the Mexican food is the best ? the truth is that the bad thing is that like the owners no ? they can be attentive to their staff and sometimes the manager is the worst in a place. As a businesswoman, I make sure to be at my best for my company so that my managers do not do what they want, not even with the staff, much less with the clients that we live off of them
