Says open online at 10 am but doesn’t open until 11am. Unacceptable and false advertising!!!

The atmosphere is the Mall which is great. The service isn’t bad. But the presentation of the pretzel selection gives old and sitting all day. It seems when men are in charge of food businesses they don’t care about quality! My pretzel was not fresh. So disappointing! Especially because not all locations have the almond covered pretzel.

I have to give it one star because of the times I have ordered there to eat at the mall, they always have given me the right order. For the first time I ordered online and they did not get me the order right. I call multiple times, contacted them on their website as well and so far there is no response.
When calling DoorDash they tell me I have to call the store for any problems. What a nightmare.

After contacting Auntie Anne's about an employee handling the food without gloves a couple of weeks ago, I received this response:

The pretzels are always good. Cinnamon sugar is my favorite, but even plain is great! Its so nice and buttery tasting. I could eat the bite size without any condiments. The mustard adds a little something, but plain is good too.

I love these pretzels! Always hot, tasty and fresh. Paired with that spicy cheese sauce is a great snack. I enjoy all the varieties that are offered except for the one that includes meat. I always purchase enough to last a few days, still fresh the next day. Great vegetarian snack.

Had to wait 6 minutes for my pretzel, but at the end of the wait I was not disappointed . The only negative is that whereas in the past the icing was free they have now attached a charge to it.

Auntie Ann is the go-to place for delicious home-made cookies. When you take a bite and close your eyes you would think you were having a cookie in your grandmother's kitchen. Auntie Ann is also in many neighborhood malls, you can smell the delicious fresh baked cookie aroma way before you approach the restaurant/store.
