Food was excellent! Service top tier. I can't remember the server's name. Beautiful young lady who was so helpful. She was wearing a neon green headscarf. The atmosphere was a nice vibe. I would definitely go back to this location.

I had a great time at Busboys and Poets with my wife and another couple on a double date. I hadn’t been here in years, and only for brunch, so dinner was a new experience for me. They offer a large selection of vegan dishes, and while I’m not vegan, I do enjoy the occasional break from eating a lot of meat.
I won’t go into detail about each item, but everything we had was on point and absolutely delicious. The only downside was the slow service. Our waitress was super kind and got all of our orders right, but the food took forever to arrive, and she only came by once to check if we needed more drinks. Honestly, she could’ve made more money if she had checked in on us more often because we definitely wanted more drinks!
That said, I’d definitely go back, and I wouldn’t mind having the same waitress again. She was nice and probably just a bit overwhelmed since it was a busy night.

I was not able to place a pickup order for lunch. When checking out to pay for my order it was requiring a donation to a nonprofit organization. If I didn’t click on one of the three options I was not able to pay for my order. This is unacceptable. I decided not to order my lunch. You should not be forced to make a donation.
