Really enjoy the food and the workers are always lovely and helpful. I had food delivered to me but the last name was wrong and I drove to the store and they made me my order from scratch. Really appreciate the effort to correct.

We bought wings to go last night, unfortunately definitely the most flavorless and driest wings we have ever had, not sure if it’s because we order to go, not worth the money we spent

Nice little spot, mainly geared for takeout. But seevice was friendly and fast, the food was good and hot.

Kid-friendliness: It is a small local style spot. There is only 1 table for 4 and the others are for 2. May not be the best spot for dining in with them. But on a nice day there are tables & chairs in front of starbucks.

Fake deals listed on Uber Eats (or maybe they don’t know how to fulfill the order correctly. Either way, you can’t reach the store when they mess up your order. I called individually and with Uber Support 8 times. Order delivery with caution.

Every time I order a chicken buffalo sandwich and I put no onions no pickles and when seen my order it always has pickles and onions

ORDER WAS INCORRECT! Sandwiches were incorrectly made...even ordered the Sandwiches at the store. Meat were unflavored and tasteless- I would not recommend this store or the food from any Charley's if it taste like this.

I have recently placed the order at this location, and when we had it delivered, not only did the food have like tiny bits of hair and a nail inside of our food my friend who ate the food as well, threw up from one of the ingredients inside of our sandwich, we’ve been trying to reach out to the restaurant to get compensated and they refuse to pick up the line

6/10For the price, not worth it bc the portion is crazy small (especially for their "large") but if you're used to DC prices on food nowadays, then it's "worth it"Everything I had tasted good, just again, small sizes for the meal and the sub isn't an automatic combo so keep that in mindI had their peach lemonade and a vanilla milkshake too, pretty good but the bits in the lemonade were annoying for me personally

If you like getting something different from what you ordered and then getting it remade wrong a second time, this is the place for you.
