The don’t speak English fr behind the counter and be rude as hell. The subs don’t be that good….dont really taste like anything.
This made my wife sick, and this never happened with the charleys in langley park, the charleys in langley park is better
This place has went completely downhill. I found a bug in my drink after already drinking it almost all the drink. The Hispanic workers are rude and don’t follow any hygiene or food safety practices

Tried to tell them the ranch they charge 60 cent was old, it was clumpy like it was blue cheese, they stated it was not old, but what’s ironic I’m a customer.

I am ordering three subs and fries unfortunately one large fries is not included on my order also I am order regular unsweetened tea instead they sent me sweetened tea it is completely unacceptable I was trying to contact them nobody responded my call I will never order again from this place
Horrible customer service, rude employees , I stated I’m allergic to tomatoes and sandwich maker still put tomatoes on the sandwich. Then rudely said I should had said something which I did three times. On top of that , the employee never changed his gloves. Cross contamination at its worst . Need more training . DONT Waste your time and money…..I rate this restaurant a zero in everything….
