I originally placed an online mobile order for a set time Unfortunately, I could not make it in time so my food was sitting and cold :( Luckily ,after asking the manager , they were courteous enough to remake the food freshly for me , and I appreciate that! Thank you

Stephanie at the window of drive thru told me to give her my mozzarella sticks back so she can rebook them Generally, fast-food restaurants are not supposed to take back food from a customer due to health and safety regulations. Once food is handed to a customer, it is considered potentially contaminated and must be discarded. What in the hell there's no excuses for that

Went through the drive thru, first ordered onion rings and then ordered a #8, BBQ Bacon Mother Cruncher. Got to the window, wasn’t given my onion rings and when I asked the worker named Jocelyn, she gave an attitude and slammed the window on me. After I left I noticed I didn’t even get the right order, I was given and charged for a #3 Baconzilla, my order was completely wrong and the young lady at the window was extremely rude.

The young Spanish lady nice looking but Is *rude and isn't honest* around 12:10 noon,Told me card didn't work only cash. (Came back 10 min later cash and I was able the use my card cause I was short. Thanks other guy took my order.
