This location is always my favorite go to spot. They always have awesome deals and my food is always served hot and fresh. The fries are always my favorite definitely recommend!

I went to Checkers for lunch, which I normally enjoy. However, today the bun to my fish sandwich was completely burned on the bottom. I could not eat it however in their defense, they did say I could replace it on my next visit. The problem is that, there is no way they could not have noticed that the bread was completely burned on the bottom. I am upset because I wasted my lunch break just to still be hungry. I could have understood if they were busy however I was the only customer in the drive thru line, so there is no excuse.
Hubby and I was in the mood for milkshakes and I went to order two medium milkshakes, one vanilla and the other mixed chocolate and vanilla and the cashier charged me for a large and a medium and brought back two vanilla large and a chocolate large??♀️ So I asked the cashier why she charged me for two orders that was not correct and she stated that she would get me another so I explained to her that I should only be charged for two medium milkshakes and it took over 20 minutes for a Manager to come and rectify the situation with a refund due to the lack of comprehension from the cashier. I was very disappointed in the service I received?
