This is my second time here and the food is always flavorful. Sometimes I wish my chicken was cooked a little longer and browner chicken. Sometimes its boarderline fully cooked. I always enjoy the sides.My plantains were sweet and not dry and my green beans were good as well

I’m from outta town and was in MD working and needed lunch the other places around Chichos had bad reviews, guy in Starbucks next door said Chichos is cool, went in and got the half chicken, it was straight up buSSin def made me a Peruvian cuisine connoisseur, fried rice was good the chicken was amazing, highly recommend 💯👌🏾

Whe to buy a whole chicken as always but I was denied according off the personal the same one that are with the it actitud an not put sauces and napkins in your orders , she say is owner orders no sell whole chicken whit out sides , sides cost as much as whole chicken , the item wasn't removed from the menu, food is not bad but service is getting worse and worse , atmosphere most off the time music volume is s high that you have to yell to place your order

Tried this place out because the reviews seemed fairly positive and the prices seemed worth a try. I drove to the restaurant myself to avoid paying fees by ordering online. The menu is posted on the screen above the counter and paper menus are strewn across the counter.

As I was paying, I noticed the prices the cashier rung up were different from the menu in my hand. I asked why the family special was $3 more than what was posted on the electronic menu in the store and she said, “It’s in the menu,” pointing to the fine print at the bottom of the menu written, “Price subject to change.”

When I looked at the receipt, 3 out of 5 of my items had markups ranging from just under 10% to over 20%! I get that the economy is tough but announce SOMEWHERE that your posted prices have changed. The entire thing left me feeling scammed. I won’t return.

The dining room is pretty simple and not fancy, but most people seem to grab their food to go or order through apps like DoorDash or Uber Eats anyway. The staff is friendly and always quick to get your order ready, which makes the experience smooth and easy.

One fun touch: there’s always some upbeat, jamming music playing when you walk in—it gives the place a nice vibe while you're waiting.

Definitely worth checking out if you’re craving some flavorful rotisserie-style chicken without breaking the bank.

Bad attitude of the cashier I use to go and buy chicken at that location this time I asked the to the cashier that the portion were to small this time but with very bad attitude she said that’s the portion I don’t mind to pay more when they answer with a nice smile and good attitude …..

Update: Management reached out and offered me a free meal for my bad experience. I completely forgot to update my review! 2nd time around was much better. I greatly appreciate the customer service.

Extremely disappointed! The worse Carne Asada I ever had. The must have forgot my food was cooking, because it was beyond well done. Flavorless overcooked beef, that’s what I got. Not worth $19.

Food could be warmer, but then again, it doesn't seem like a high volume place, so it appears the food sits for a while.
Seasoning on the chicken is good but lacks warmth to highlight some of the flavors. Coleslaw was ok not tangy, but lacking some sweetness. Fries were terrible, similar to that of mcdonald fries once left out for days.. but then again mcdo fries are just cardboard tasting.. yuck!

Unfortunately the food is not Peruvian as they say. The people in charge of preparing the food are very far from the reality of Peruvian food. The totally different seasoning of authentic Peruvian food.

I made an order online; when I came to the store the employee at the register refused to give me the food that was paid for-even after I showed her my confirmation and explained I was not a Doordasher. I went back and forth explaining that the reciept I was showing them on my phone was the confirmation. The receipt had my name, email, order number, time, and order information. Finally, I got frustrated and asked for either my food or a refund. They then refused to give me my food or a refund. I asked to speak with a manager and they said they weren't there and I'd have to come back the next day in person if I wanted a refund. I was humiliated and upset. Very unprofessional, very demeaning - especially as a POC.
