Bad attitude of the cashier I use to go and buy chicken at that location this time I asked the to the cashier that the portion were to small this time but with very bad attitude she said that’s the portion I don’t mind to pay more when they answer with a nice smile and good attitude …..

Update: Management reached out and offered me a free meal for my bad experience. I completely forgot to update my review! 2nd time around was much better. I greatly appreciate the customer service.

Extremely disappointed! The worse Carne Asada I ever had. The must have forgot my food was cooking, because it was beyond well done. Flavorless overcooked beef, that’s what I got. Not worth $19.

Food could be warmer, but then again, it doesn't seem like a high volume place, so it appears the food sits for a while.
Seasoning on the chicken is good but lacks warmth to highlight some of the flavors. Coleslaw was ok not tangy, but lacking some sweetness. Fries were terrible, similar to that of mcdonald fries once left out for days.. but then again mcdo fries are just cardboard tasting.. yuck!

Unfortunately the food is not Peruvian as they say. The people in charge of preparing the food are very far from the reality of Peruvian food. The totally different seasoning of authentic Peruvian food.

I made an order online; when I came to the store the employee at the register refused to give me the food that was paid for-even after I showed her my confirmation and explained I was not a Doordasher. I went back and forth explaining that the reciept I was showing them on my phone was the confirmation. The receipt had my name, email, order number, time, and order information. Finally, I got frustrated and asked for either my food or a refund. They then refused to give me my food or a refund. I asked to speak with a manager and they said they weren't there and I'd have to come back the next day in person if I wanted a refund. I was humiliated and upset. Very unprofessional, very demeaning - especially as a POC.

This is my second visit and both visit I experienced the inside of the Peruvian chicken not cook. I also did not enjoy the side fried rice and plantain.

I love their chicken, rice w black beans, and onion/tomato salad! Reminds me of my favorite pervuvian spot in Mami. Today I tried a slice of their red velvet cake and it was delicious! Very pleased with Chichos!

I am very disappointed in service and food. Also if I am purchasing a family meal that cost over $30 they only give you 3 small pkgs of sauce and charges you )1.25 for the tiny packages of sauce. If they want to charge they can at least make the packages larger. I will not be purchasing there again.

Chicho’s is a fantastic restaurant for roasted chicken with Peruvian-style. Honestly, I don’t know how they get their chicken to taste so good—Boston Market had nothing on Chicho’s.

I usually get the quarter white with two sides and rotate between the yucca, plantains, black beans, and potatoes. The service is great and the food is always timely and fresh.

The first time I stopped into this restaurant it was just a random place for a quick meal, but I’ve been back many times and have never been dissatisfied with the food or experience.

I did have to wait 25 minutes for yucca today, but that was out of the ordinary. Ugh!
