It’s unfortunate that this store does not follow the standard. I got nothing but eye rolls and bad attitudes while visiting especially the manager had a bad attitude as well. That does not set a good example for her team.

I can’t rate the food because they refused to honor my order. Placed a mobile order and couldn’t scan. The instructions said tell a team member if you cant scan. Even doing that I was refused service. The manager Davonte was rude. He canceled my order and told me I was holding up his line. Had I read the reviews before I would’ve saved my time. Hope they make some adjustments before they have another closed chick fil a.

Chick-fil-A has a formula that should be used in all fast-food establishments. They cater to customers and make sure they have the correct order. Of course, you might run into a few workers who haven't adopted the setup, but they are five-star fast food on average.
I came through the drive thru and only saw one worker working the drive thru by their selves on a Thursday night on the verge of tears.Only one person taking orders at night is NOT SAFE. I don’t want to say a specific the gender because if you guys mistreat them this bad I can’t imagine what you guys would do to them if you found out who it was. The food was okay but some of the nuggets did not taste good and felt uncooked.

I was having a rough day and Carolina went above and beyond to help my little guy and I leave with a smile! Definitely did not expect to receive such compassion from the counter… Usually I’d use the drive thru, but the line was long today, so, I decided to go inside and thank God I did!
