I made on line which was not ready when I arrived ...they stated they weren't going to make until I arrived..if wanted to wait on it would not have made a online order...other order were sitting there to be pickup. TheManger was rude not helpful...I called cooperate office still was not help in this matter

They have two tall black male employees there. The pale one not the stalky one. I saw him dip his finger into a customer food, when he realized o saw him he turned around and bend his head as if he wanted to spit into the milkshake. This is ridiculous. It was not mine but I threw mine away in fear of being a victim.

This was the first time ever at a Chick-fil-A.... everyone raves about these places, so I tried it. Food was decent, extremely salty and I salt everything...glad I didn't add anything here.I guess I'd go back, but not out of my way.

Overall I've never had an issue but I only deliver. The only problem I'd say is the lemonade has more pulp than actual juice. They don't make any efforts to strain it so you're just drinking a cup of pulp with is off putting texture wise.

Make sure you all for everything you will need to eat your meal. Straws, napkins. They don't have a station with condiments like most of the other locations.

Standard service, clean restroom and well prepared food
Was given the wrong order hash browns I paid for. When I came back to the restaurant, breakfast was over. I asked if I could get a large fry for the inconvenience but was told I had to give the small hash brown I was given back because it was their policy. Fine. I then proceeded to ask if it was possible to get the difference of the small and large hashbrown back. The young lady working in the drive thru was INSISTENT on making me give her my hashbrowns back. Not only that, she exclaimed to the whole drive thru that she “needs someone to talk to them cause they said they set were set on the hashbrowns!” She also said I didn’t make sense very loudly. Fortunately, the manager came outside to speak to me and clearly understood was I was asking for. He proceeded to then give me a refund of the difference which I was well entitled to. This chick fil a is the worst I’ve ever been to. Please teach your employees how to refrain from being LOUD and WRONG.
