Whoever is dispatching the Uber Eats orders at Chicken Rico needs to get it together and learn the difference between white meat and dark meat. I don't know why I keep giving this place so many chances, but out of the handful of times I've ordered, they always get my order wrong. When people ask for 1/4 white, it's always the breast and the wing, and when people ask for 1/4 dark, it's the legs and thighs. It's not that hard to figure out. They always send me dark meat whenever I order white meat.

One of my favorite places in the DMV, I just love this place, and yes I get the same thing every time I go. My daughter and I get the half roast chicken, white rice topped with pinto beans, and the mixed salad with ranch dressing. The chicken is moist and slightly smoky from the charcoal, the pinto beans are slightly buttery atop the fluffy white rice. Lastly, the mixed green salad is fresh and crunchy with the slightly tangy ranch dressing. It comes with two sauces: yellow which is mild and creamy and the green which is spicy and refreshing. Did I mention I love the place “I’m loco for chicken Rico” don’t tell them I said that.

They have some of the best food. I love their Peruvian chicken and choice of side dishes. The chicken is always freshly made and hot. I also like their Lomo and Polo Saltado dishes. I am a long-time customer of this restaurant, but today 08/15/23 the cashier who was there at 7pm was quite unpleasant, a guy with no empathy for anything, I discussed something with him about my order, I brought the family combo #2 and his annoyance bothered me. way to respond when I asked why he was charging $71.50, he said he did it because I paid by card, which doesn't bother me. But they should teach you how to treat a customer. Because I speak badly and rudely in front of more people.

Unfortunately I pay what I like, I ask for extra sauce for the salad and I tell him he charges me for it and he tells me I can't sell it because I won't have it for the salad and besides, he doesn't even make sauce for the ones I already paid for, it's ugly buy and they don't sell you what you like
