I visited this place on Wednesday the 27th because my daughter loves Chipotle, I ordered a bold with only rice, beans and Sour Creon and then I went to order 2 sauces and they were charging me 5 dollars and I told the cashier why I had to pay for them if I had just I bought 2 burritos and I had the right to put sauces on them and the only thing I was doing was being very disgusting. All the employees who were there that day were very disgusting. I asked to speak to the manager. The cashier told me that she was the manager and instead of accepting my complaint, she started. to insult me, believe me, it's ugly that, according to her, she was the manager, she insulted you for some sauces. It was so unpleasant to be insulted by a manager. I don't know why they have employees like that.

Like so many people, Chipotle is a goto. When ordering pick up, the quality seems to be subpar. We ordered the other day, and this isn't the first time this happened, but the guacamole seemed to have been past its prime.So maybe don't order pickup go in look at the food and see what's good.

I showed up an hour before they closed, which is understandable if they don't have certain things, but I showed and picked up my order and received a rice and bean burrito and nothing else inside. How is this okay? First of all the employees were just chatting and standing around. Then I asked for extra sour cream in a cup and the lady for some reason was rude about it. The place was clean and so was the food station, but I received nothing they had available at the restaurant in my order. This is ridiculous.

Only nice person is the one ringing people out and even then she only says the total. I asked for toppings on the side and you would of thought I asked her was she on her period. Do your job or find another one. It's simple.

The food is always good because we choose what we want. The service is 50/50. Some of the staff is nice, but you have those others... On this particular day, the ambiance was mediocre. The dining area was a mess!! This is the Chipotle on Cherrywood Lane in Greenbelt, MD.
