Chipotle Mexican Grill

July 24, 2025 My experience was great with the food and the checkout. But the atmosphere of the inside of the restaurant was very unclean...there was hardly any condiments, the soda machine had no ice when i purchased a soda and trash all overthe floor and unclean tables. I feel this needs to be kept up at all times.

Great foods BUT dirty is everywhere! Staff are lazy on cleaning and no filling juice. I saw many pple keeping stealing sodas from the machines. Where's the manager or supervisor? There's out of control!

I’m a frequent visitor to this location and have always tried to overlook the subtle biases that, unfortunately, come with being a Black woman in public spaces. I usually keep those feelings to myself because, sadly, I’ve grown used to them. But today was different—and hurtful enough that I felt the need to speak up.

I came in, as I often do, and ordered a kid’s taco meal. I’m pregnant and have celiac disease, which makes that option safer for me—though my dietary needs shouldn’t be anyone’s business or a reason for judgment. While placing my order, I noticed side glances and quiet remarks coming from the front. At first, I tried to brush it off—until a woman near the cashier looked at me with clear disgust, said something I couldn’t fully catch, and then turned away. The cashier then started laughing.

What exactly was so funny? Why the judgment? Is my presence offensive simply because I don’t look like you? It’s disheartening—especially considering that as minorities, we should be standing in solidarity, not dividing ourselves further through prejudice.

That experience completely changed how I feel about this location. It was unkind, unprofessional, and unnecessary. I will not be returning.

Waited patiently in line and asked could I try the chicken ( sample ) I’ve never seen it. She say it’s bbq chicken ok 👍🏿 ( I didn’t ask what it was I asked to taste it ).
I order sit and eat. Shortly afterwards a very light skin lady orders food and leaves with a sample. Wow 😮 being this Dark comes with the option to stay in the sun ☀️ all day without any problems lol 😂 but wow it’s so many stories I could share about how I’m treated because of how dark I am.

OKAY, so first of all, I ordered my new regular honey chicken bowl, i got one scoop, nothing else. Tell me when, i arrived i got charged for double scoop of chicken?? Extra four dollars?? I was shocked because i know dang well my bowl doesnt cost 19 dollars… I left the chipotle angry. The food was a 10/10 tho, the service needs to be better and the workers need to cooperate better.

Friday morning stop by and Manager is soo rude :(

Customer service is bad. Too long to pay. There was no one in the front. I thought you were closed

They don't put meat, just two pieces, it's not fair.

The place is always trashed. Run by kids. And employees who don't speak English and they will make you feel some way for not being like them.

Literally that food didn’t serve it was frozen and leaving that it wasn’t what I asked for such a bad experience They didn’t even put enough meat I’m paying for this and it’s not fair

I remember that my husband went one night and the woman who was very upset asked him for two burritos and she thought it was a bowl and when he told her no, it was a burrito, she threw the plate angry. I don't understand if they don't want to work, why not? You give that place to someone else who likes the work, be more careful with that.
