The customer service is bad and the food quality matches that as well. Don't try coming in within an hour of the closing time because they will tell you they ran out of things so they don't have to serve you.

The worker decided to greet me to the restaurant by announcing to me that they were all out of cheese and I couldn’t help but to notice all of the workers were setting up for closure even though the hours posted stated 10:00 am - 10:00 pm. Even though, I was taken back I decided to still proceed unfortunately. After, making the customer”s in front of mine food, my food, and then closing out the customer in front of me . She then proceeded to wipe her had with the same pair of gloves she used to serve across the counter and then attempted to prepare my boyfriend’s food because I noticed this and he clueless , I politely asked her to change her gloves before preparing his food she then turned to her coworker and aggressively said something in a Spanish language and then proceeded to walk away. Thank you to the Second Lady that came over after the incident. I am disgusted and at this point management needs a new training system on basic customer services

Worker sharing bad info to discourage selection when ordering. Didn't allow for sample so customer could make own choice. Very nasty tone as well.

No smiles, no greatings, bad attitude, one scoop of food with your serving got a attitude when asked for more rice. I wasn't happy with my service.

I ordered online and the food was beyond bad. I ordered a bowl of extra chicken and rice and got barely any chicken or rice. With the quesadilla I ordered beans and rice and got neither beans nor rice. The quesadilla was burned so badly it was black. Even the chip bag was barely full. Terrible experience. Chipotle has just lost a loyal customer.

Delivery order was incorrect two in a row.First time missing 2 chip and a whole bowl. Second time missing 2 chip. If you don’t have chip consider calling me and cancel the order?Why create a situation where you lost money, I don’t get my food and delivery person lost tip because of the refund?The food is also super watery, what did your guys do to it ????
