Chipotle Mexican Grill

While at a restaurant, an individual entered & began to speak vulgarly in the restaurant & acted as if under the influence of something or not in right state of mind. He proceeded to also touch things within the establishment such as nearby where the food was prepared. The employees were engaged in vulgar conversation with the individual without any attempt to diffuse the situation. The employees didn’t perform cleaning duties after the individual touched the food prep area, and provoked more the individual. This became an issue for us as children were in the establishment as this was occurring. The employees were respectful and were doing their job properly prior to the individual entering.

I had a conversation with the manager to ask why she allow led her employees to allow this to occur and continue to pay mind to the individual rather than diffuse as it was disruptive to all in the establishment.

I ordered from doordash i couldn't eat the food was very very salty.

DON'T EAT HERE. First, they charge you for extra cheese. Not queso. Shredded cheese. I asked for a little more cheese twice, because she was being sparing. I get to the register. They charge me an extra $5 for that. Okay... I pay for the bowl. Whatever. to find a DEAD FLY IN MY FOOD. I am a loyal Chipotle goer. This one is right by my new apartment, and unfortunately. I will be going out of the way for my Chipotle fix. EW !

I am ordering food Wednesday 9/3/2025. Assaults of stomach should not happen after to Black American/Carib/Native micron drops offshoot after. No assaults nor weapons should happen after any Chipotle orders.

I had the same rude experience with who I’m assuming is the same bitter middle aged woman who works front of house that other reviews are talking about. The talking under her breath, eye rolling and staring, lol I wasn’t even gonna leave a review and just decided to never go there until I just so happen to see everyone else talking about the same things that I thought were just me. Now I know I’m not misinterpreting and she treats everyone like this. Idk what personal issues this woman has to be so angry but she needs to leave it at home or seek employment elsewhere. I leave the same warning everyone else has, avoid this location if at all possible.

2 star atmosphere because it’s decently clean even though the energy and ambiance suck especially after interacting with señora eyeroll.

3 star service because I literally have a normal experience everytime I do not interact with that woman

My partner went to pick up my food that had my name and her name on the bag since I was sick. Even after showing my ID AND the original payment card, the staff was harassing her and heckling her while refusing to give the order. It wasn’t until I called that they had told me they released it to her.

I spoke with a cashier named “Grant” who went on to say “I don’t know why you are being so aggressive, you can hang up now.”

Absolutely ridiculous, if you want service from staff who dont know anything about customer service, go ahead and order from here.

The host, carlos, I think I lost my receipt, had a really good energy recommending me stuff to try. I don't usually give reviews for fast food but I really love his attitude. Good job.

I had a major case of miscommunication when it came to my catering delivery. The day of my event, I called Chipotle to have sure my catering was still on track for deliver. During my call, they told me they did but deliver and that I would have to pick up my food, but when I got to the restaurant, they said my food had already been picked up and was on its way to the destination. Needless to say I wasn't very satisfied. The story continues, but I think you get the point.

Protein portions are small they charged me for steak but I asked for half n half and they only gave me 4 steak pieces everyone is so rude they overcharge for everything I highly recommend not coming here

Food wasn’t bad but pay attention to what they are charging you. I got a bowl and they charged me 2.95 for Guac- I did not get guac. Darishcar was the cashier.

Refused to give me a refund on my order after they gave my order to someone else.
