I had a major case of miscommunication when it came to my catering delivery. The day of my event, I called Chipotle to have sure my catering was still on track for deliver. During my call, they told me they did but deliver and that I would have to pick up my food, but when I got to the restaurant, they said my food had already been picked up and was on its way to the destination. Needless to say I wasn't very satisfied. The story continues, but I think you get the point.

Protein portions are small they charged me for steak but I asked for half n half and they only gave me 4 steak pieces everyone is so rude they overcharge for everything I highly recommend not coming here

Food wasn’t bad but pay attention to what they are charging you. I got a bowl and they charged me 2.95 for Guac- I did not get guac. Darishcar was the cashier.

They did not have my order and did not replace it. I ordered to that chipotles...not a question.i have a problem with my legs so I was going to tindow. Never recommended !

Avoid this chipotle at all cost. Online orders always wrong or missing food. They will overcharge you and give you very little protein in your bowls even when asked for extra meat. Staff is very rude and do not care for helping. I asked my coworkers to please order something else and avoid this location.

Very bad costumer service! The cashier was so rude with me, I was picking up an order at 7:40 and I told her I’m picking up what she said,(can you move right there) with an attitude a very bad and rude attitude 5 minutes later she asked me for the name on the order and then she took other 5 minutes to gave me the order, I’m paying for my food, I’m not asking you for free food. This girl need to learn how to treat customers!!!

Oy July 29, 2024 I arrived at Comer to this place, I work in construction. I needed to clean my hands. I asked the cashier for the code. He replied that I had to order first. He didn't give me the bathroom code for me. For many customers who told us. I like this type of food from Chipotle, I think a worker like that doesn't deserve to be in his position, we are all customers and we deserve good attention.

This gotta be a joke how are you going to denied the restroom use to two paying customers that were about to spend $30.00 on meals, you gotta be kidding smh, the skinny black hair Latina female that was working on the food bar must be retrained because you have no knowledge of customer service. It is completely understandable that because of the area the restaurant is locate you guys have the restrooms locked with a code but be more courteous to give to your paying customers the code if they need to use it before ordering because no one would be ok to bring their food into the restroom because that was the server condition to provide the code, even when I said i understand if you need me to order before you provide the code that is fine but could you hold my food after I pay for it because I do not want to in with my food (sanitation purposes of course) “sevsafe”. She proceeded to rolled her eyes making faces and gave me the wrong code, was it funny noooo unacceptable….. I have never experienced such of unprofessional and disgraceful experience at any chipotle. Do better and remember that the business exists because of the customers that come to it, there is no point to have a restaurant if you have unprofessional employees. If you do not like what you do look for something that fits you better.

If i could give zero stars i would... last week i came here and orderd 3 bowls. The ladys name was aneea i think or aneesa. She eas so rude and disrespectful. She gave each bowl a small tiny portion. I was shocked. Never coming here agian and im spreading the message.
