Good food as Chipotle has. The service is okay, they are a little slow finding orders for pick-up when I order my salad it's always a wait cause they do not put orders on the pick up shelf and it takes a minute to get someone's attention from the back.Other than that it's what you expect from Chipotle, good food ?

This overweight, old, Latina lady with a black hat was very rude to the customers. I asked her for the code to the bathroom and she caught an attitude with me because I asked her in English. When I told her that I didn’t hear or understand what she said she ignored me and so I asked her again. She yelled at me and said it very fast with an attitude once again. The customer service here is very nasty and I would not recommend. If you don’t like your job then please do everyone a favor and quit!

During my visit at the Langley Park chipotle, I observed the staff treat a police officer with such disrespect. They denied the police officer his police discount because he was out of uniform even when he presented his officer badge. I have been to plenty of chipotle with my family whom are police officer and they have never been denied a discount without uniform. The way they treat this gentleman was unacceptable, these officers risk their lives everyday. The least they could do is provide them their deserved discount.

Food was okay, service was good. the tables and floors were not clean and the trash cans were filled to the top needed to be emptied. The napkin/straw/condiment areas were not replenished (lacked forks, straws and other utensils)
Slow service with a concussion of who is supposed to serve the left over brown rice and pinto beans yet it was only 8pm on Wednesday 10/25th.Whilst the Spanish spoken by the employees to the customers seems belittling.
