I want to share my opinion regarding the terrible attention from the staff and especially from the manager Diangela Hood has terrible dealings with people, the service is the worst, the manager is a very terrible person

This is the filthiest Chipotle I've ever been to. No other Chipotle I've been to in the 20 something years I've been loving Chipotle, has been this poorly kept. The staff? Nice?? Food? Good??Cleanliness??????. Night, morning, afternoon, doesn't matter the time of day. It's always grimy. Especially the area where the drinks and utensils are. Ever since it opened. Within the year.

There’s always just something wrong at this location.. whether it’s no salad dressing, no sodas, no steak… it’s always something that’s not available. It really deflates the whole experience! To sit here and have to wait for Steak which is a common portion is ridiculous. Then you sit here and watch the line get long while you’re waiting for steak to be cooked. The workers show no initiative and are clueless that they’re in a prime location.

All I see is a bunch of giggling going on and no grilling.. get it together PLEASE!

Bunch of angry bulldogs resource guarding the food…at least the food could be cooked to standard to compensate for all that strenuous portioning but unfortunately they couldn’t achieve that either. Disappointed. Won’t try again.

short hispanic girl with the choppy ponytail mad stingy. There’s some good ones who won’t shake that little spoon but some of them be guarding that chicken with their life. let me see you get mad again because i had to ask for more food and you getting a burrito to the face. Also speed up yall spending too much time shaking those spoons. hurry up and get me past this line. ?? Retrain the cooks too my rice shouldn’t taste like mop air! and they don’t even be cleaning in there because the restaurant dirty af!! BURRITO PLEASE! ???

This location is still too new and they gotta work the kinks out. It took 45 minutes for them to prepare an online order and they weren't busy.

Management trash no forks no corn no tomatoes cant replace with guacamole for inconvenience made me pay regular price but bowl was missing many agreements and bowl was nasty if you cant provide all the ingredients you just need to close i was ripped off just bean and rice bowl

They actually charge you to get a carry out bag. Not a second bag mind you, the first bag costs an additional charge. The one dirty napkin came free though!
