I love the Chipotlane feature but this place can’t get an order right to save their life. Of my past 5 visits, 3 items have been made incorrectly each time (once, I had an order in my bag that wasn’t even mine) and today might have been the worst (60% fail rate). I’ve included photos.I ordered a salad with double protein, brown rice, pinto beans, then some condiments. I opened my bowl (which was incorrectly labeled as the second person on my order, but we stayed together, so that was just a quick swap) to find white rice, a serving of meat, sour cream, and salsa. No beans and, for my salad, no lettuce. The meat couldn’t have been a double portion. This cost $17 and some change. The offer from Chipotle’s automatic customer service was just a free entree (which doesn’t account for extras) — the second time I got a coupon after paying for extras and getting an incorrect meal. It’s close to where I work but I’m not sure I can return again — this is too frustrating. I don’t recommend it. Servers clearly aren’t paying attention.

My daughter and I come here often. Staff is always courteous. A few times they were low or out of toppings however they would compromise and give a little extra. I will say, they need to do BETTER with keeping the restaurant area clean. The area near the soft drinks is always a mess with trash. Restrooms has been clean the last few times. Please keep it that way.

Food is usually good but on the past 2 trips to this location the chips have been a littler stale or cooked for too long … idk if they making the chips too early or what but its disappointing bitting into hard chips

Employees are rude, charged extra for queso drove 5 mins. away to my house. The queso was COLD the meat was leftovers like rubber. I will drive all the way to Bowie location from now on!!! YOU SUCK!

Don't order from here on any Platform because they will hold the Salad dressing hostage as if Chipotle pays them extra on their check for doing so. Guess what, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT NONE OF Y'ALL, REPLACE YOU IN A SECOND. So give up the dressing

Absolutely ridiculous! I came in and ordered a burrito this worker put half of the spoon in the rice and put it on the burrito. I asked for extra rice 2x and she gave me a little little little bit not even exaggerating like who is that suppose to feed? She looked at me like I was the crazy one
I've had better chipotle. Other chipotles will let you have rice without cilantro, not this one. The portions weren't as much as other chipotles either.

I bought my medium sized food and drink and they gave me a glass but when I looked for the lid they were out of stock and I asked for help and they told me that they did have it but for a large drink and in response to my help I received a portion of aluminum foil and They told me to cover it with this. What a bad time because I ordered my food to go.

Went to chipotle at 9:30 p.m , went through the drive thru or “chipotlane” , and got my food but.. got home hungry , the whole order was messed up literally, paid for carne asada and got carnitas which is not! What I order and paid for .
