This location DOES NOT honor mobile coupons. I went in today on my birthday to redeem my free small cold brew coupon and they act like they could not redeem. Since I already selected to redeem it there, I can no longer use it at another restaurant. This is not the first time this has happened and it’s so annoying. Birthday ruined

We love The Cinnabon Store at PG Plaza Mall. The Classic Cinnamon Rolls was fresh, hot and tasty along with the fresh Strawberries & Cream Chillatta, it was bursting with flavors!!! The atmosphere was welcoming.

I love Cinnabon but this one I had a horrible experience. The line was not long at all when I arrived and I know I stood there for 10-15 mins before anyone acknowledged me. They had 4 employees behind the counter and the all seemed to be making orders for online while the line was growing and growing. If you have any type of good customer service experience with multiple employees working at the time, you know to handle your customers in front of you first. I asked for a Cinnabon in the middle, with just pecans added and she literally added what she wanted. And had a attitude and was slamming my stuff around. And I wasn’t rude at all.I really really hate when people have attitudes while your spending your money! None of this was free so I shouldGet what I asked for, what I payed for with out that type of treatment. I doubt I’ll buy from this location anymore. I’ll buy it from the grocery store and make my own first without dealing with employees with nasty attitudes. Two thumbs down ??
