I had a problem while ordering online and called the store to see if they could help me. In the past, when this happened, the employee who assisted me was very nice, understanding, and able to resolve the issue quickly. This time, however, the store appeared very understaffed. I was on hold for over 30 minutes just waiting for someone to answer the phone. When someone finally did, the woman I spoke to was extremely rude, put me back on hold, and showed no understanding or willingness to help. She did not help me solve my situation at all, and her attitude made the experience even more frustrating. I understand that places get busy, but customers should still be treated with respect. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.If I could I would leave 0 stars!

Barbies World

Domino’s isn’t usually my go-to, but the kiddos absolutely love this place! The stuffed crust and brownies are always a hit, and the updated menu has something for everyone. It’s super affordable too — that $6.99 deal is perfect for filling up the little ones, and everyone gets to pick exactly what they want. Makes for an easy, fun Friday night treat. Thanks, Domino’s!

They don’t have Parmesan cheese they don’t have crush paper the lady in the front that doesn’t speak English I don’t know what the hell I’m doing here pay $18 for medium pizza. I feel like I wanna get my money back.

I’ve always ordered from here and I love there service but this time wasn’t good, I ordered garlic Parmesan wings but instead got wings covered in white “Garlic” sauce and it wasn’t appetizing at all, won’t be ordering garlic Parmesan wings from here anymore.

Paid $40 for basically bread, yet they are not professional and how they make their Pizza. We ordered extra cheese they didn't put any extra cheese. It has been many months yet still getting the same messed up deliveries from this location. We have notified the managing team but they do not care clearly, corporate is unreachable I recommend getting your pizza elsewhere. This is my last stand terrified experience from Domino's, at this point they are simply unfixable.

They always disappoint. Called and no one understands English and tell me my pizza is fine and they can’t refund me. THERES NO CHEESE! He wanted to get my card number and charge me again so he could do something but I had to hang up. Will be going tomorrow and getting $20 back. Oh and they love to call saying they’re downstairs when the directions say leave at door. I always tip online so I can’t even guarantee my service will be carried through. Would give no stars if I could.

UPDATE: Called immediately after seeing that pizza for a refund for just that pizza ( the second was fine). I was told to call “tomorrow” which is today 10/18. Called around 11AM and got the runaround and told to text the “manager” the very pic you see before you and he’d call me back.

No call back from 11am so I text him at 9:22PM and got a call back from said manager. He said he “can’t cancel an order that was placed yesterday”. I told him that I did and his staff said to call today. He repeated that same response of “why didn’t you call yesterday”, he began getting loud with me and saying he will credit me for that same pizza so when I order again it’s paid for with the credit…now why the hell would want MORE food from this place?! He yelled some more and said to take it up with my bank so I hung up and will be doing just that.

So instead of refunding me for the one pizza-shaped cardboard they sent, they lose out on the whole charge!! Because now it’s the principle and I will be refunded one way or the other. This could have been quick and simple but that bad business behavior won’t fly over here.

The workers were incredibly friendly the moment I walked in and greeted me with all smiles! I asked some questions and the cashier was very knowledgeable about the toppings and the available sauce options.

It seemed like a great vibe amongst all the team members.

They were very fast about preparing my order and made the whole experience of being there wonderful!!

Every time I order from this location, it takes at least 2 hours. Mind not, I live 10 minutes from the place. Every time I call for an update (I call about 2-3 times), they say “the driver has other stops before you”. So you mean to tell me every single time I order, I’m the last stop??? Even when the tracker shows its 2 minutes away? The pizza arrives cold and damaged boxes.

Delivery consistently takes close to 2 hours from order for the nearly 2 years I’ve lived here. I appreciate all the free pizzas I get but how has this gone on for so long with absolutely no attempt at improving the situation?

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the first time I've ordered from Domino's in years, and I was really looking forward to my order because their pizza had always been great. Well, it took my order over an hour to get to me. When it got here, it was barely warm, and I mean BARELY warm- pretty much cold. When I called the establishment, the "person in charge" [he said he wasn't a manager but the person in charge and there was no manager there] didn't give two fkks about the fact that my pizza was substandard. He tried to tell me that my pizza was hot. Really, dude? IT WAS BARELY WARM, ie, cold. I live about 10 minutes from this Domino's, my pizza should have been hot being as they claimed it came to me straight from the oven. As I said, he didn't give two fkks- offered no recourse and told me they couldn't give me any form of refund not even a partial refund. I told him I'll call the bank tomorrow and dispute the charge.
I am not disappointed, I am pissed off. Won't be ordering again.
