This place is just absolutely pathetic. Food sucks, they charge a 6$ delivery charge, the food takes 2 hours to get to you so it's obviously cold then half the time they forget the drinks, pizza is dropped upsidedown or something is wrong. After happening multiple times I stopped ordering from here.

Unacceptable Racism & Poor Management at Dominoâs
I never write reviews but I had an extremely disappointing and offensive experience at this Dominoâs location. When I arrived to pick up my order, the employee at the counter asked for my name, I gave him my name and his immediate response was, âMakes sense.â
Confused and taken aback, I asked him what he meant by that. His response? âIt just makes sense, your name makes sense.â This was clearly a passive-aggressive, racist remark, implying some kind of stereotype about my name. What else could he have meant? It was an unprovoked and completely unnecessary comment that felt like a direct attack on my identity.
To make matters worse, when I tried to address the issue and hold him accountable, the manager completely dismissed my concerns and defended the employee. Instead of acknowledging the clear discrimination I faced, they doubled down on protecting the worker, making it clear that this type of behavior is tolerated at this location.
This was an incredibly unprofessional and hostile experience. No customer should have to deal with racism when simply picking up their food. Dominoâs needs to do betterâstarting with properly training their staff on respect and professionalism. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice before supporting a business that allows discrimination to go unchecked.

I never submit bad reviews, this store makes dominos look bad across the board. Worst delivery experience ever, goes around in circles on the tracker, passes by house and goes back to the store before coming to drop off a cold soggy pizza after waiting nearly an hour and a half. Absolutely disgraceful service, just take down the delivery option if it's going to be that bad.

Absolutely worst experience I've ever had , I ordered around 8:15pm we called 9:25pm , 9:30pm and 9:48pm to cancel order no one would pick up phone, hungry but decided to go to sleep because I had to be up early for work , they didn't show up to my house until 10:48pm , we were sleeping and woke up to food being left on cold , nasty steps , just for an animal to come by and eat some, I'm so disappointed and pissed off. I today I've called several times and can't get a manager on the phone smh

I have ordered delivery from this location twice on the app. First time it took the driver 98 min to get to me and that was only with me carefully instructing him where to go over the phone because my apartment is hard to find (I live 7 min from the restaurant). The second time I left explicit instructions on how to find my apartment and told them to call when they got to a certain area. They said they called me 3 times but I never received a call and then my order was canceled because they said they didnât have enough drivers. I watched the driver get to my apartment complex and then turn right around and went back to the restaurant. Not even a text. Wonât be making this mistake again a third time.
If you want fast delivery donât order here. Itâs been almost 2 HOURS and my food still hasnât arrived. Called multiple times. They only have one driver which I understand. They could have easily called me to let me know that instead of me having to wait for them to answer the phone for more than 10 minutes, TWICE. Best part, the place is 6 minutes away from here. Yeah no. RIDICULOUS

Guy on the phone (slight Hispanic accent, talked very hastily, aggressively, and fast) had a very bad attitude when I asked a simple question about my pizza order. The food here is always great nonetheless; expected from Dominoâs. However, clearly customer service training isnât mandated here.
