This is like my 3rd time in here. They are literally the slowest Dunkin’ donut establishment ever! I can promise you I would never be back to this place again after the last encounter. I waited at the registered to be acknowledged for about 10mins. The reason I waited was bc I was hungry and another spot was 20mins out the way of my route for the day. After some time went by, I decided to just place my order at the machine since the staff were taking so long to even say hi and take my order. After another 10 mins go by, a girl asked me what I ordered. I told her and then 2 mins later she comes back to tell me there wasn’t any oat milk for my drink. I told her okay well I’ll still take my sandwich, but I’ll need a refund for my drink as I cannot do regular milk or NF milk. She then still ask is there anything else i want, I said no because I wanted a caffeinated drink, but can’t do any other milk. She then tells me, “oh well I can’t do refunds.” I said what do you mean? She said my boss can only give you a refund so give me your name and number. I told her that’s ridiculous. She shrugged her shoulders. I asked her, “did you just shrug your shoulders as if you don’t care?” She said, “well I can’t do refunds so…” — I said okay don’t worry about it. They got the right one, I’ll make my complaint to corporate and leave a review on every platform if I have too. She proceeded to write my name and number on the back of receipt paper. I clarified that the boss will call me and she said yes. Anywho, 5 mins later I get my sandwich and drive off. As I am eating, I noticed 3 pieces of straight black hair baked into my damn sandwich. I was so upset because not only did this “fast food” experience was no lie about 20mins or longer, my sandwich had hair in it and I couldn’t get the caffeine drink! Fast forward, 3 days went by and you think the boss called me to refund my $7 for the drink, NO! I called in the evening and he happened to pick up the phone. I said, “can I speak to the boss?” He said, “what do you want?” I said, “wow; are you the boss?” He said, “you asked to speak with the boss, I’m asking what do you want?” — I said I guess customer service has been thrown out the window between the staff “Jacey” and you, no wonder why the staff doesn’t care how they treat their customers.” To conclude this up, I had to go into the store while he was there to get my total $13 back. The boss didn’t even say sorry, I apologize, NOTHING!

The lady at the register barely understood English and seemed unhappy to see me even though I don’t know her..I ordered a cream cheese poppyseed bagel and they put my bagel in the MICROWAVE and it was sloppily made and it wasn’t cut in half either. The staff here just don’t give a damn, I want my 4$ back..enter at your own risk. Also if your wondering how I know my bagel was microwaved, it’s because I have been cooking for a living for over 10 years

They just jacked their prices way up. From $3.09 to 3.99 for a large black iced tea essentially overnight. That’s absolutely not worth it at that point. Used to stop here quite frequently in the morning. But at this point it’s literally cheaper to get at Dunkin in downtown DC— or literally go just about anywhere else for an iced tea. Even the Starbucks around the corner isn’t that much more, and that really says something. Unfortunately wont be coming here anymore, which is unfortunate given how great the staff is.

Horrible customer service, I waited to be service by the girl who worked today 5/1/25 and she completely ignored me after I spoke to her, the best way her response could of been was “ I will be with you in a moment” but the way she looked at me like I was bothering her, yea I’ll never come to this location again .

I visited this place yesterday . I ordered a caramel iced coffee and a chocolate glazed donut — both were fresh and delicious. The staff were friendly and got my order ready fast. The store was clean and had a nice vibe. Definitely coming back!”

Service is agonizingly slow, even when it's not very busy. (And it's usually busy.) Donuts can be stale, and the coffee is somehow pricier than the nearby Starbucks.

Lastly, it's very difficult to communicate with some of the employees in English, who required repeated correction and still got elements of my order wrong.

I don't know what happened here or why but there was a time where I enjoyed stopping here. I still don't get how asking the clerk not to add bacon, which is an extra expense anyway, is something to give a paying customer attitude over. You are assembling the sandwich, don't add it.

Been here a couple times and the food is delicious but service takes a little while, and confusing if your first time going to dunkin. Atmosphere is anxious because of the tight space and crazy that hang around there.

I recently visited Dunkin, and I was thoroughly impressed! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel welcome. The atmosphere was bright and inviting, perfect for grabbing a quick coffee or enjoying a few moments to unwind.

I ordered a classic iced coffee and a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, and both were fantastic! The coffee was perfectly brewed, striking the right balance between rich and refreshing. The sandwich was warm, flavorful, and made with fresh ingredients—definitely one of the best breakfast options I've had on the go.

The customer service lady was rude. She put wrong donut for me once I asked her I didn’t ask for this one. She got upset and gave me a coffee like horse ? pee. Not cold not hot.

Overpriced and underwhelming.
Spent $6 on a coffee at Dunkin' and was sorely disappointed. The taste was burnt and bitter, more reminiscent of gas station coffee than anything else. Definitely not worth the price.
