Customers service here is cool , but the food is not. I ordered a plain bagel with light butter and when I bit into the bagel , it was stale . It also had a really bad chemical smell. Never again! Waste of money….Dunkin is really falling apart. Not the same anymore.

Outside of the donuts, everything is always over cooked to point where it's questionable if it is still edible.

The worst customer service you will ever experience in your life. Don't order a donut here that is forbidden! Not allowed. In fact don't even go in turn around and go somewhere else.

This Dunkin is a STAPLE to my boyfriend and I. The manager remembers our orders by heart and makes then as soon as we walk in the door if he is able to. The staff are kind, hardworking, and friendly. Hazel lights up our day every time we go. Thank you for all the mornings you guys make ❤️

Food Service and Atmosphere go hand and hand. The donut was okay but the store was dirty.

Fast, friendly, efficient, competent, and professional service. I ordered an avocado toast cuz it's surprisingly really good and an order of their hash browns because they're seasoned so well and always made fresh. The location is a bit odd and in a transit center with no fixated parking spots right outside.

This is a convenient spot for those commuting to and from work on the Metro train/bus out at Hyattsville Crossing station originally and still commonly referred to as PG Plaza metro station. This is like a Dunkn Donut express, take out option, since it is small without ample seating and pretty dark. This is a cool spot to grab breakfast and maybe a frozen drink and head to work on the train. This spot is also convenient for those visiting the PG mall across the street. You can literrally get some donuts and walk across either the bridge or cross the street and enjoy the donuts in the mall. Now customer service is hit or miss. Some cashiers and staff are professional, courteous, and polite, others not so much and need work. A lady was in training when I went in before work yesterday and needed help, at least her teammate demonstrated calmness, teamwork, and dedication and helping get my order right, even though the sandwich was a little undercooked, but I still enjoyed it at work. If you want an In and Out experience, then this is the Dunkin Donuts express of the area.

Very neglected store. I mean, like dirty and no seating available, but I guess even if there were seats, I would not want to sit and dine in here. I ordered a small coffee, and it was quite watered down. Also, I got a glazed donut - very stale. Waste of money. The employees were not very friendly. Ugh! Won't be back for sure.

Iced coffee was way too creamy. Just tasted like milk with a drop of coffee. Didn't taste the espresso; in fact, I don't even think they put it in there. Food tasted undercooked. 50% of the time there is an item missing. No big bag to hold everything in, only the little bag, so my food got cold fast.

We have given this Dunkin fair chances all the way round in the past few years, but today is the last "straw."Constantly the coffee has been terrible: you "chew" it instead of sip (because of SO MUCH SUGAR at the bottom, even for regular 3 sugar). The store was slammed and we were willing to be patient. We ordered 2 medium Cookie Butter cold foam cold brews, but all we got were two regular cold brews...no cookie butter in sight. Just plain cold foam.Don't expect this store to have any of the speciality drinks and doughnuts they advertise. They are ALWAYS out.Whoever has been making the coffees there has taken the store down a grade. Granted it was a packed store on a Sunday but this is not good.Corporate Dunkin...where are you?

Decent/Quality:For the most part, should brighten up the lights at least. It definitely gave a feeling of "We're Closed", serive was great and a DD who know how to make a fine beverage as well.
