This is the worst dunkin donuts 🍩, that you can go to, I'm a dunkin donuts 🍩 fanatic, and at of all of them in the dmv,this one is trash 🗑, you going to order your food and they going to tell you to wait ✋️ around the corner, this is the only one that do this, I think 🤔 is because of short staff. I tell them no,why will you take more orders, if you already backed up,put my windows up and wait right there. If you go around and wait you will be there 4 life,while u have to be at work, this is the only location that do this.

Every time I come to the drive thru they always tell me to pull forward. For what???? All I order is a coffee and hash browns!! And I always wait 5minutes or more and mind you there is NO OTHER CAR IN THE DRIVE THRU. Why do I need to pull up??????

I get expired milk mixed with my drink twice beware and the guy who take orders drive way need to be moved he alway give you opposite what you ordered.

Just watched some incredibly rude guy yelling at the staff here for things out of their control (they were out of a certain type of bagel and it was crazy busy). They were kind and courteous and handled the situation well while helping everyone waiting. The entire staff handled themselves well and I am sorry yall have to put up with people being rude for no reason.

Every time I come to this place I have to wait 15-22 minutes in the drive-thru, they never give you the food on the window, always ask you to park in the parking lot to wait for your food for very long which makes no sense . Yesterday I bought only two coffees waited 14 minutes, Today I had to wait 17 minutes (for just two sandwiches and a coffee) when there were only 4 cars ahead of me. I asked the employee for the name of the manager and she asked me why with q had actitud and refused to give it to me. They either have to hire more people or improve their system. Definitely not coming back.

I'm soo tired of complaining about this place but until I get my correct drink and service, I have no choice. I even try to watch them make my drink but they still menage to ignore the drink order completely! Every single time at this point! I even gave that place a break and they're still doing me dirty. I don't understand what is so difficult of my order but it seem to always give them an issue.. Simple ice coffee with extra pumps, almond milk and with light ice or no ice (at this point) and sometimes, a Shot of expresso??? It's always an issue! I'm so tired of this place! THEY ALL NEED TO BE REPLACE!

I order online for it could be faster but I see the workers have favoritism to friends or fam my cup was sittin up there 10 mins but her friend Wales ordered after me and got her stuff before me 10 min for ice coffee is crazy

Very good service and very good coffee but it is a shame that a restaurant so overcooked and with such a budget does not have air conditioning, it was the same last summer it was hell in there, I better go to the 7 Eleven there if it has air conditioning

I went here to pick up my online order for the first time ever and they made it easy to retrieve it, but I forgot to ask for my donuts so I had to come back and Alex helped me out to get them really quick and had a positive attitude the whole time, keep up the good job. 👍
