The service today was terrible. My daughter ordered a hot chocolate, and the cashier, who had slanted eyes, sold it to her. We waited for 12 minutes, and then they said they didn't have any. When I asked why they charged me for it, the cashier, very annoyed and in a bad mood, made a hot chocolate for my daughter. Because it was hot, I didn't realize that she had only put plain water in it. The chocolate had absolutely no chocolate flavor. They need to train their staff because customers come to buy, not just to ask questions, and they deserve to be treated properly. If they can't treat people with respect, they should find another job, because they're earning their money; they're not working for free. They need to learn how to treat people and not be so bitter. Let's be considerate of how we treat others.

Every time I go to this Dunkin it’s a problem. They’re so rude, don’t know how to follow basic instructions, & they are always making mistakes. Scrap this Dunkin staff entirely please especially the manager lady Mariana or whatever her name is. Very condescending & has a bad attitude.

I am a regular customer, but this Dunkin’ consistently mishandles mobile orders. My app orders are often not ready, misplaced, or incorrectly prepared (e.g., adding cheese when I request none). Staff frequently avoid helping, sometimes speaking only in Spanish, making it hard to resolve issues. Even after notifying the manager, nothing has improved. Very frustrating — defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

I just left this location on a Sunday morning ordered 2 medium black hot coffee with 6 creams and 6 sugars on the side instead of cream and sugar on the side they put all the cream and sugar in one coffee and only rung me up for one coffee I’m not sure what the problem is at this location but this isn’t the first time they messed up on my order. I will not be coming to this location again. I tried calling to speak with a manager no answer. I’m beginning to think that there is a language barrier at this location.

This lady in the photo named MARINA was very mean to me. I ordered on the Kiosk and it messed up on my order which computers do. She raised her voice at me and refused to remake my drink or give me my refund. She caused a scene thank God there were customers there who stood up for me. There was no cause for her to be so mean to me. She put misplaced anger onto me and I just wanted my drink made correctly. She needs to be fired and they need to make someone else a manager. The other customer is reporting her as well because that was not appropriate to cause a scene over a customer wanting a refund if you are refusing to remake the drink.

I stopped by Dunkin’ for their Customer Appreciation Day and it was such a great experience! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made my visit even better. The wait time was very short, and everything was quick and efficient. It’s always nice to feel appreciated as a customer, and today Dunkin’ really delivered. Great service, great atmosphere—thank you for making my day!

I had the most wonderful experience this morning at your Hyattsville location with your employee, Marina!! As she was hamding me my beverage, she noticed that it may not have included any lemonade, which i asked for. She had me taste ot to confirm & then proceeded to fix it & add lemondade to it. She then noticed that the tropical guava flavoring wasn't added either & proceeded to remake my entire drink over again!! I was blown away by her ability & willingness to go the extra mile for me on this Monday morning. I appreciate her attentiveness & wanting to get it right for me. I truly hope she is commended for her work & is told of my comments!! Thank you!!!

This Dunkin donuts is horrible go to another one if you have too, went at four pm said they could not toast my sandwichs because the oven was off when they close at eight pm and just put my donuts in just a regular bag. Never coming to this one again.

You always have to make sure your order is write before you leave. It’s very uncomfortable to ask every time I come to pick up my order there’s something missing.
