Very good service and very good coffee but it is a shame that a restaurant so overcooked and with such a budget does not have air conditioning, it was the same last summer it was hell in there, I better go to the 7 Eleven there if it has air conditioning

I'm not going to tell a lie. The previous review where they state that they will not acknowledge you when picking up your order. It is soooo true. It is so true that I was actually appalled about this. I couldn't believe that I walked in and just started taking my own things from the counter and reading my own receipts. The customer service here is disgusting. And with the new businesses coming up around here, this one will not last long with the way they treat people. It is very sad to see what's going on in this business and their refusal to change. I would not support this business again until they fix their ongoing issues. I'm not organizing bulk party foods for any of the organizations in the area because of this experience. This is not how you treat people.

This Dunkin really should be shut down! Every order of mine since they switched management and staff has been wrong. The workers are young and disrespectful. They do not believe in the customer being right. If there was a DD with a drive thru in closer proximity I would never come back. Unfortunately this is the the only DD within ten minutes of me. They cater to a certain demographic and if you do not fit that then they could care less. It’s sad. Truly.

Waited in the drive through FOREVER to pick up a mobile order. Waited at the speaker at least 5 minutes before someone comes on the speaker, not with a can I help you, but instead I was greeted with "Yup". Took another 15 minutes to get to the window and get my order. There were two people ahead of me. If you are looking for crappy service, this is the place!

This Dunkin is where I usually visit because is around my way home. The times that I visit this location is in the afternoon-evening which they've usually run out of the donuts and munchkins. Good location.
I went here to pick up my online order for the first time ever and they made it easy to retrieve it, but I forgot to ask for my donuts so I had to come back and Alex helped me out to get them really quick and had a positive attitude the whole time, keep up the good job. ?

Every time I come to this Dunkin' I either have to wait long or my breakfast sandwich just doesn't taste right. I haven't been to this one in a while due to dissatisfaction the last time I came. I decided to go today because it was on my way to work and I wanted to be early this morning. My sweet black pepper bacon Croissant was thrown together and the bacon wasn't sweet like it normally is. It is also burnt. I didn't realize it until I was pulled in front of work and was trying to eat before going in.

I've eaten a bacon egg and cheese at pretty much every Dunkin in the D.C. metro area. This one takes the cake. I can't quite wrap my head around WHY it tasted better than the norm, Could it be the brand new equipment in this brand new location? Either way, this is a great DD.
