I’ve been coming here for years, even before the fire a few years back and always loved the food. But on my recent visit, everything felt different with new staffing and sadly, lower quality. The pupusas revueltas lacked the flavor they used to have and didn’t seem freshly made. We also ordered the “La Familiar” plate for two that was $54, getting only two shrimp each was disappointing. The rice tasted boxed, and overall, the $100 bill for a bland meal was a letdown. I won’t be returning.

Terrible service, I went today at around 6:40 to serve a horde that I had to consult and the boy and the girl looked at me in a contemptuous manner and when I picked up the order I just told myself here is your order and they didn't give me the drink and when I asked them they gave it in a bad way and they forgot that they owe it to the clients I hope that with other clients they have more empathy and kindness and respect

What a shame this place is here, we went for lunch, we spent $108 on two lunches, good food, no matter the price, it's expensive but it's food. The shameful thing. Del.lygar is that while we waited for the food we asked them for two glasses of water and they were so shameless that they drank us water from the tap, what a shame for the restaurant manager.

I really don't recommend it, the customer service is terrible. Previously, I had ordered some baleadas. The tortilla came out raw. Today I decided to give it another chance and it's always the same. The truth is, I won't buy there again.

They make you spend $10 to use your credit card is that even legal pupusas were disgusting.

Extremely expensive. $18 for three tacos. $12 for side of rice and beans. Save your money and go elsewhere.

We were nearby for the weekend and ate here twice - one dinner and one breakfast. I had pupusas and tamale elote. My husband had the polka cream. For breakfast we had the rancheros and chorizo. Everything was tasty with generous portions. The tamale and thick tortillas were delicious. We have minimal Spanish but they had English speaking staff available. So glad we found this yummy spot.

Last time I called to ordered 10 pupusas to pick them up. When I got home I opened up my order. All my pupusas were BURNT. This was not acceptable. I called them letting them know about the order they didn’t want to believe me. I argued with the lady in charge and she told me about a poster to check your order before you leave. She ended up telling me to return the whole order and she will remake it. Later on she hung up the phone. I returned my whole order and she checked out all of them were burnt. I asked for my refund. For sure I’m not coming back.

A few months ago I had bad service from a young waitress girl, I understood that at that time she was new from what I heard, but yesterday I returned and the same lady served me, very bad customer service, she really should change her attitude and at least be more helpful...

Very good food and excellent place to spend time with the family

I came to buy half a grilled chicken and it's not possible that I couldn't order both halves, part leg. I think the client can choose if they want the two breast parts or the two legs. And finally, their customer service is terrible, they serve you reluctantly.

Well, I lived a block away and I shop here often and it's not for nothing but for me everything is more than good, the owner is such a kind person and everything is more than good ? I love this place, congratulations and many blessings ? for everything in this beautiful emeritas restaurant
