I hate to leave bad reviews, but I have to be honest. I didn’t appreciate AT ALL how I was treated when I ordered a sub over the phone today. I specifically stated what I wanted and was questioned about it. If I say I want something a certain way that is not unreasonable, do not fix your lips to question me about it. I arrived and my order was still incorrect with items in the sub I specifically stated I didn’t want. Just crazy! I don’t work in customer service, but I do know I would not have treated a customer the way I was treated. It was offputting. A gentleman did make my sub for me how I wanted after addressing this matter, and I appreciated him for this. For the time being, however, I won’t be recommending this place to others to go to if it means you’ll be met with an attitude over wanting to receive an order how you requested.

I went to Fresh Deli 2 days in a row. First day I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich (clear as day on my receipt). When I got back to my office and opened my container I had a chicken wrap. Not what I ordered at all. The second day I ordered a chicken salad sandwich. I specifically told the lady taking my ordered I did NOT want red onions. I asked for either white or yellow onions. she said no problem. I got back to my office and low and behold fat read onions of my sandwich. and i also ordered hand cut fries. These fries where the bottom of the barrel over cooked bits and pieces.

Great quality food, and great people Lukes a genuinely good person who puts care into everything about the business . Doesn't matter if it's the breakfast or lunch you will be satisfied. BESTFRIEND DIDN'T EVEN LEAVE THE PARKING LOT BEFORE FINISHING HER CHEESESTEAK..

Been coming here for years and the sandwiches are always great, ready in 10-15 minutes, and everything tastes fresh; however, the quality of customer service is inconsistent. If you order over the phone just expect very short and borderline rude responses. For pick-up, sometimes there is a very pleasant woman behind the counter, but some of the other cashiers go out of their way to correct you or be rude. Would easily be a 5-star review, but some of these interactions can definitely ruin a quick lunch break from work.

All I had was the Shrimp Cheesesteak,and I’ll just say I’d definitely go back when in the area…Shhoo,honestly I thought about making the travel a few times.

Beef bulgogi taste like straight burnt molasses probably the 2nd time In my life had to trash food very cloying taste. Sandwich roast beef quality beef. Green juice was good.

Great food with lots of variety. Very friendly staff. Good clearly made fresh. A little expensive but worth it for the food and service.

What a great hidden gem. Delicious sandwiches. And homemade CHILI. SO GOOD. They’re also very nice. It’s a perfect place for lunch. Yum.

The service I have personally received is consistently subpar. I will not be returning. Do yourself a favor. Bring your own breakfast or lunch to work. It will be healthier and you will save money.

Food is good but the phone line is always busy. I finally gave up after calling over 20 times back to back, drove to the store to see 1 person in the entire place. I guess they get tired of answering the phone and don’t want business. Unfortunate because the food is great.

Love love this place and the food is so good. I have not been disappointed yet. I wished they were opened on weekends.
