Been coming here for years and the sandwiches are always great, ready in 10-15 minutes, and everything tastes fresh; however, the quality of customer service is inconsistent. If you order over the phone just expect very short and borderline rude responses. For pick-up, sometimes there is a very pleasant woman behind the counter, but some of the other cashiers go out of their way to correct you or be rude. Would easily be a 5-star review, but some of these interactions can definitely...
Food is good but the phone line is always busy. I finally gave up after calling over 20 times back to back, drove to the store to see 1 person in the entire place. I guess they get tired of answering the phone and don’t want business. Unfortunate because the food is great.
