Security is very bad. Many children arrive who believe they are gang members, and they bother others. And the security is always in their favor. The truth is very bad. It turns out to be a seedy place, you can't enjoy it in peace.

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding an incident involving a security guard at your stablishment on Sep 28 2024

During my visit to your establishment, I encountered a situation that I believe warrants your attention. The security guard, whose name i was not able to catch top African American with glasses.

I understand that security personnel play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all patrons. However, the conduct exhibited during this incident not only made me feel uncomfortable but also detracted from the overall atmosphere of the club.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and would like to know what steps you plan to take to address this issue. Ensuring that all staff members adhere to professional standards is essential for maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests.

Very rude security one of them pushed me because he thought I was drunk and told me I needed to get out when I wasn’t drunk at all. Club atmosphere is cool they play reggaeton, merengue, bachata. Very slippery floors. No parking at all

The place is not at all healthy or quiet, much less cheap.

After they see that you are very upset, the security abusers give you some beatings that leave the clients almost dying. That is no way to treat those who have money.

And you go to the bathrooms and bathrooms and realize that it is a black market selling all kinds of drugs, I repeat, it is not a good place to have a quiet time and relax?????

Latin 100% $20 cover at entrace lighthing great, good djs spining diferents rythms, but drinks are a bit high average price expensive $16 for rail drinks $45 to $50 beers bucket of 6 water $5 so be prepared.....and honestly I feel is not worth it a little messy for the price of all including cover, drinks. Pero tu decides yo no sabia nada como era y no quede convencido!!

I liked the atmosphere more, however I had a moment of bad taste when I accompanied my friend to the bathroom, the female guard who is in charge of the order of the people near the bathrooms is super rude, I understand why she told me that I had to move from there but the woman at the entrance yelled at me and almost pushed me, telling me, Get out of here now!! I tried to take it calmly and moved closer to the entrance since I was only waiting for my friend to come out of the bathroom to leave, the woman yelled at me again, and she hit me close to me. That woman just wanted to hit me and I felt ugly as if You go so far as to ask them there or if it were free for them to yell at people as if they were animals, I don't know if they are used to dealing with disrespectful people but I never disrespect anyone, what an ugly way to treat your clients, I'm not one to go out much but on this occasion I wanted to do it to free myself a little from my routine and stress, but I can say that I came back worse and with that bad feeling of experience that I took away.

I arrived at that place like a bagá world but with my wardrobe clean and they didn't want to serve me because I was able with a dark-skinned guy, the girls served me more without knowing what I was going to spend but what a shameful place

Mal servicio, no me gusto , ni cuando uno va ah los conciertos en lugares grandes como el capital one arena lo tratan mal.

They will not let you in with open toed shoes and turn you away. I had to go back to my hotel and get sneakers just to get in. They have no listed website or post online to make this known.

Excellent atmosphere, but poor service, we asked for something to eat and they never brought it to us
