I had my food delivered, so I have not gone in the restaurant. The chicken wings were whole wings and a reasonable size, not too big. They ere great. They were breaded, seasoned well and quite tasty. The star of the show for me was the waffle. It was really good, light, fluffy and delicious.

Came into D.C. from Ohio hungry. Googled Chicken and it took us here. Now we heard about the sauce however never knew about the chicken0. I can honestly say this is the best chicken out there. Fried to perfection clean grease and seasoned to the T. Service was I icing on the cake. I highly recommend this place to the World. Even gave us free drinks( ice cold) just bc we are visitors. With they were back home and/or on Door Dash

Went in there today and customer service was horrible. I requested five chicken wings to be cooked hard. I explained to the cashier Susana and she said okay and went to the end of the counter and spoke to the ladies in the back I assumed telling them my request. I received the food and it's horrible. The next cashier Brigith tells me I owe them a dollar because I switched to steps. Instead of exchanging because of their error. Horrible customer service.

This place stays consistent with good service and hot delicious chicken! I usually get delivery but since I was out and about I decided to slide on through and Baby....Im glad that I did! It was clean, friendly fast! The chicken was so darn good, seasoned very and crispy, finger kicking good! Now with all that said...I didnt like any side dishes and you have pictures of rolls in the advertisement but you dont serve rolls, oh the half & half is good but the best is in Baltimore MD..did I say that? Over all I really like this place and they have great deals!! Make sure you stop in or order out...it'll be fresh and hot!!

I’m so upset that I stood at the counter for a total of 5-6 mins and no one helped me but someone else walked up to the counter and was taken care of immediately. I had to say something to the staff in order to pick up my order. The customer service is terrible not even the security said anything knowing I stood there so long. One of the workers was sitting down in the back eating while another just stared at me. I honestly want my money back but I had no other choice but to get this tonight because I live far and I needed something to eat. I’m so disgusted and I won’t be back.
